Everything was fine, the service staff was good in every way, but there is one issue. If you stay at this place, just understand that you can only stay in the hotel and can't go anywhere outside, like for sightseeing or renting a bike. The second thing is when you check out, a tax list will appear with charges for taxi tax, room service tax (even though you already pay a 20% tax when you order food, etc.), but they charge you again. No matter what you take, you'll see taxes everywhere. My bill was 4 million IDR, and you can assume that 1 million IDR was just taxes
. Well, overall, the location is great, the hotel is nice and amazing, and the staff is good. I am giving this review about the taxes so that the owner can make some changes and others don't have to face the same issue.

The hotel is generally good, with excellent service. Because the hotel is located on Penida Island, isolated from Bali, transportation is difficult. It's important to inform the front desk staff of your ferry schedule back to Bali in advance. It's also best to ask the hotel staff to arrange a shuttle to the pier. They'll help you confirm all transportation options, especially as the pier might be closed due to weather conditions. The villa has excellent facilities, allowing you to spend the entire day relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views. The spa is also worth a try; the aromatherapist is exceptionally skilled. The food is also delicious, making it a great hotel worth returning to.

Apart from the hard trip to the island, this hotel is highly recommended! This room type is a detached villa, facing the sea, you can look at the sunrise, and sunset is really very relaxing 😭😭 The villa is a bit far from the hotel lobby, but there is a car shuttle back and forth. The only regret about this hotel is that I only stayed for one night, I should have stayed here for two nights to relax enough. Breakfast can be also made to order, there is a pool and spa however because the time was too rushed did not try. The hotel can help order the eggs, but it will be a little more expensive than those ordered outside
