位置優越，出門就是烏布市場那條巷子，去的時候跟着地圖找半天沒看到牌子，因為他們跟另外兩個酒店共享一個庭院。
室內設施比較簡樸陳舊，木櫃木門，還算比較乾淨、安靜，最好不要住1樓，比較暗和潮濕，我在3樓還好。
有個室外的小遊泳池，下午逛累了買杯冰飲，回來泡一泡，還是很不錯的。
住進去時，發現沒有被子，問了才知道因為比較熱，正常情況衹有一張類似被套的單子可以蓋，有需要可以找前台拿張毯子，實際是需要的，不開空調晚上也比較涼快。
前台經常看不到人，最好到了加下他們的Whatsapp；提供洗衣服務，半天到一天可以取。

離烏布皇宮很近，市場後面一個衚衕內地址為7號院，（裏面3-4家民宿，一棟樓是一家，其它幾家是新樓，達瑪是舊樓，公共環境挺棒，對的起這個價位出人意外挺好！衞浴在屋內不是屋外，屋內沒有空調晚上睡覺感覺冷不是熱。

Very clean, friendly, and helpful. Pictures online do not do this place justice. We were not expecting the size and quality of the pool, and were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the bathroom. The front desk helped us find cool attractions in Ubud. 10/10 recommend
