Overall, it's a good hotel. It's located in the mountains, but a bit far from downtown Ubud, requiring a winding road to get there and back. The mini-bar and complimentary desserts are all top-notch, and the kids' center offers a variety of entertainment, including arcade games, table tennis, and billiards, which are enough for children to keep them entertained for hours.

The service was excellent, especially the waitstaff in the restaurant. My family was on vacation and stayed in two rooms for two nights. One minor issue: the hotel's car picking us up in Ubud was 55 minutes late. They kept harping on the traffic jams, which everyone knows about, so why couldn't we leave earlier? We just sat in the parking lot until all the other guests had left. Two minor issues: when we checked in, they told us they were taking photos for free. Then, when we checked out, they presented us with a photo bill for NT$3.8 million, excluding taxes. The explanation was: photos are free, one photo is free, and the rest require payment. I understood, but why wasn't that explained right from the start? It was a complete gimmick. They produced a piece of paper signed by my daughter and claimed it was. First, my daughter is 16, and this wasn't a room service order. Asking her to sign it seemed like a gimmick, but it was justified. Second, the price wasn't disclosed to us upfront. They waited until my daughter had her makeup done, had her photos taken, and had chosen her photos the next day before they presented her with the price. She had no choice but to choose the cheapest option, NT$3.8 million, excluding taxes. This third-party photo-shooting marketing tactic at the hotel is quite low-brow. It sounds reasonable, but everyone understands the scheme. I ended up getting a 50% discount after asking the third-party owner. Again, I emphasize: I understand that only the photo shoot and one photo are free. You should have announced this upfront! Don't wait until the child's makeup is done, the photos are taken, and then choose the photos the next day! No tricks, thank you!

The hotel environment is very good, the staff is very enthusiastic; the food is also very good; worth having

Deep in the jungle of Ubud, we upgraded our room type, which was probably one of the wisest decisions. The villa was very nice. The hotel staff were very attentive, and there were not many guests, so it was particularly quiet. When we were busy, the children could be handed over to the staff of the kid club. Thanks to Youli for preparing tents and gifts for the children, he liked them very much. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the center of Ubud, but if you go to other places, it is said that taxis are difficult to call, so we used the hotel's car. The driver was also very talkative and took us to several places.

I am very happy to have a very pleasant time in the hotel. Every day when I meet the guy who operates the elevator, I can receive his warm greetings. JUNI, who took us to hike in the fields outside the village, was also very friendly and introduced us to many plants and local customs. There are many other warm and thoughtful waiters in the hotel like them, which made us feel warm and cared for in the hotel. The hotel is very new, so the equipment is well maintained. It would be better if the balcony could be wider and the swimming pool could be bigger. All drinks, alcoholic drinks and snacks in the minibar are charged, which surprised us, so it is suggested that it can be changed to free, at least free once during the stay, and then charged for subsequent supplements. It is also possible to only charge for champagne and wine, and provide soft drinks and beer for free.
