The staff were very nice and tried their very best to provide quality service. The hotel’s location is quite good as it is just walking distance from the beach and cafes. There are lots of food options around the area and there are also vegan friendly cafes just in a walking distance. We enjoyed our stay here. 😄

I enjoyed my stay here. Quite unique layout of the room. All the staff were friendly and warmed . Breakfast was ok can be further improved . It was ala cart style not buffet very limited choice. Just a lil disappointed that there were some messages sent a few days before but nothing was done .

I can’t say enough good things about this amazing establishment. Such a unique experience staff. Amazing amenities. Amazing the idea behind the structure that you stay in are absolutely incredible. Truly a one of a kind experience. I will try to book this place every time I am here.

Great location, just 5 min to the Canggu beach and to the cute cafe bars around. The breakfast could be more diverse but still was good. Staff was very kind and friendly.

This hotel only deserves 1 star. 1) We checked in to the Cabana with Sea View and there was ZERO view of the sea. 2) You’d better run if you’re staying in the cabanas beside room 107 - your entire bathroom (shower & bathtub) can be seen from the rooftop of room 107. EXTREME VIOLATION OF PRIVACY and when we gave feedback to the front desk, they said nothing could be done 3) There were ants on the bed 4) A mouse came into our room 5) Most of their 5-star Google reviews are fake - I believe they’re mostly employee accounts as they only have 1 review which has been submitted for this resort. One of the people who left a review is Hendro Priyono, their resort manager 6) It rained heavily on one of the mornings and water came into the first floor. There was also water dripping from the roof and as a result, the staircase to the second floor was soaking wet. Their service recovery was to get their technician to fix the roof (Seriously?). I had to request for a room change & they wanted to give me a Cabana room again but I refused because what if water leaks again? Or what if i’m placed in a room where my bathroom is exposed to others? In the end they downgraded me from a Cabana to a Suite and rightfully they should be offering a partial refund but no service recovery was made. After my trip, I wrote to Trip.com who assisted me in negotiating with the hotel for a refund but the hotel REFUSED. But thank you Trip.com for offering me coins to make up for the unpleasant experience. Nasty experience & definitely won’t be returning. Wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here either.

There is a Jacuzzi inside but it’s fairly cold. Service is not very good.

Best hotels in Canggu It has everything, friendliness, location, room condition, and value for money. If I go to Bali again, I will definitely go again.

The service is very good and polite. The cleanliness is quite high and the cleaning is very clean. The seat is pretty good for Canggu. It’s more convenient to go out by walking or grabbing a bike. The facilities are quite special. It is based on the concept of one facility on each floor. You enter the room when you open the door, and you go downstairs to the bathroom with shower and bathtub.

The hotel is new but not worth the price The swimming pool is so thin. When I booked, it was $42xx for 3 nights. When booking on trip.com for the second day, there is a prompt saying there is a discount. $17xx 3 nights .😡

Decent hotel, close to the sea, you order breakfast in advance (in addition to breakfast, fresh juice and a fruit plate) the hotel is located on a street where there are many cafes and restaurants and spas. The rooms are new and equipped with a smart home. The speaker can be connected and listen to music. The only downside is that the hotel has a cool pool but no sun loungers. Thank you

During my recent stay at the Canggu Cabana Hotel, I was delighted by the charming and unique experience this small boutique hotel offered. Located within walking distance to Berawa Beach, the hotel's convenient location makes it an excellent base for exploring Canggu. I stayed in one of their three-story cabin accommodations, which offered a distinct and memorable experience. The staff were exceptionally helpful and sincere, greeting me with a cold towel and refreshment during check-in, which was a refreshing touch. Despite its charm, there are areas where the hotel could improve. The price for the cabin is comparable to a five-star hotel in Bali, yet the facilities are quite limited in comparison. The quality of the towels can be improved, and the lack of hand and face towels was noticeable. Additionally, I found old stock coffee creamer in the room and no coffee cup to make the coffee, although the staff kindly offered to send coffee up to the room. Some service errors occurred during breakfast, but the staff quickly rectified them. I also found my room unlocked after housekeeping service, which was concerning. While the bathtub's size was great, the water tap was too small, making it take forever to fill up. On the positive side, the free yoga class was a nice touch, and the rooftop was amazing for my yoga sessions. The Sensatia bathroom amenities were also a pleasant surprise. Overall, Canggu Cabana Hotel offers a unique and charming experience, but there are several areas for improvement to match the high price point. The helpful staff and unique setting make it a good option for those looking for a distinctive stay in Canggu.
