I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I can't recommend it enough!
### Cleanliness
The hotel was impeccably clean, which made for a very comfortable experience. Every corner was well-maintained, and it was clear that the staff takes pride in their work.
### Service
The service was outstanding. The staff were kind, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable.
### Promotions
I was particularly impressed by the numerous promotions available for beach clubs. It made my day at the beach even more special, and I appreciated the added value.
### Location
The location couldn't have been more convenient. With plenty of shops, spas, restaurants, and bars nearby, there was no shortage of things to do. It was perfect for exploring the area.
Overall, my experience at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! I look forward to returning in the future.

We loooooveeeeeed The Komu.
It’s my second trip there, and I had to introduce it to my friend. Location is great. It’s walking distance to so many good coffee joints, restaurants, popular party spot and down the road is two major beach clubs. What more could you ask for?
Oh right, the scents used in the room’s so comforting that I went to sensatia in search for the shampoo and body wash, only to find out that the hotel uses a special blend that’s catered specifically to them only! Oh, it was so good!

Everything is so good , just sometimes abit slow in room service amenities, waited for 1 hour to arrived and i called 3 times to repeat
