Bambootel Sawah View

My partner and I had the most incredible stay with Bambootel. The resort is peaceful and nestled into a secluded area of the jungle. The resort grounds and the individual rooms are beautiful, exceptionally clean, and very unique. There are a wide range of services, activities and excursions offered by the resort to envelope you into Balinese culture or enhance your stay – the cooking class was a lot of fun (thank you so much Tari!) and the massages (thank you Yuyun and Suarni) were a big highlight for us. A very big thank you to Nanda who assisted us on our tour of the exquisite Menening Temple and water meditation experience. And to Ari and Kori who allowed us to assist and guided us through the making of their daily Gebogan offerings. The food at the restaurant is delectable – We highly recommend the pork belly entrée, the Pad Thai main, and definitely ensure you try the lava cake! And we had a delightful time trying a wide range of cocktails on the menu while listening to a great live duo cover all of our favourite song requests acoustically. However, my partner and I agree more than anything, that what makes Bambootel so incredibly special are the wonderful staff. Rediak and Ari in butler services, Manik and Ana at reception, and Budi the operations manager, were so incredibly kind and so welcoming. Ela, Sopy and Ardana are the friendliest waitresses and waitors who made us so excited to go to eat as we knew there was always warm conversations and laughs waiting for us. It is the staff of Bambootel that left such a strong positive imprint on our memories of our trip to Bali, quite easily the highlight of our whole trip, and we are so incredibly grateful for them.

We visited over Christmas, and had the most amazing holiday possible. The whole team at Bambootel are incredibly friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much for them to do for you. The bamboo villa is absolutely stunning, with every detail taken care of. Proper luxury surroundings to relax in! The gym is very well equipped with a fridge full of fresh water and cold towels! The food at the restaurant was just delicious. Every breakfast, lunch, and dinner was of the highest standard and made all the better by the awesome team serving. We can’t wait to visit again!! 10/10!

We had such a wonderful time here 💛 The whole resort looks incredible, the food is amazing & the staff if very nice and professional. We didn’t even leave the resort during our stay, we had everything we needed :) Definitely will be back, can’t wait!

Everything was perfect and fabulous, don’t hesitate to book a night in bambootel. Never try never know, so let’s try it ! The personal are so friendly, Mister Pesak was a good informer.. 5 stars for all, Villa was magic and safe. Mr Yilmaz……..

Bambootel was the concept I wanted to experience most in Bali, but I kept postponing it because of my fear of insects. Eventually, I gathered my courage and made a reservation, and I was pleasantly surprised by how amazing the hotel was. If you’re concerned about insects, don’t worry. They clean twice a day and the place is regularly treated, so I didn’t see a single bug despite being in the midst of nature. It’s an incredibly enjoyable place, and I highly recommend staying here. The staff is very attentive, and the food is fantastic. They also offer great activities; we joined a morning hike, which was a lot of fun. Overall, I definitely recommend it!

Excellent stay, very relaxing. The Room was The "Definition" of cosy. Beautiful location, far from the city, ideal for relaxation. There is a jacuzzi on the terrace, water is warm, wonderful to bathe in the evening. Their "experiences " are many to chose from, they arranged a lunch picnic next to the waterfall where we get to chose the menu and they take us down the paddy field to a beautiful secluded spot and you can have lunch there. The people were great, very friendly, felt like heaven. Some of them I remember are Manik, Mr Budi( manager), Ari( my favorite) , there were 3 Ari's I almost thought it was a uniform name for addressing in the hotel, Nanda and Ardana( deva), can't remember the remaining names but they were all wonderful. Manik served as a butler was available for any call, made it very convenient for us and always smiling. The only thing that could be improved is the menu, it was slightly limited but I think they are in the process of expansion and I believe the menu may also get bigger. Beautiful place.
