Staying at The Lovina Bali which I thought was paradise, we arrived at the Poinciana well another paradise. Welcoming staff showed us to our villa right on the beach surrounded by beautiful kept gardens. The villa which was part of the family villa as it connects with 2 bedrooms both with ensuite. Our villa had a kitchen and lounge area separate bedroom and ensuite. A lovely wrap around patio veranda with table and lounge bed. You get both magnificent sunrise and sunset here. Breakfast lunch and dinner are served in the restaurant or outside overlooking the sea. The staff are friendly and helpful. The villa was very clean not a speck of dust anywhere. The bed was so comfortable. Please note no TV but who needs it when you are surrounded by beautiful scenery. Massages in spa were brilliant recommend the herbal one and the body scrub. Food is freshly cooked with local produce. It may seem far away from airport but worth the trip snorkelling and diving is excellent no surf just gentle waves. Thoroughly recommend

We have arrived back to reality yesterday after such a getaway for the week!!! What an amazing week we have all had. Honestly I think you and the staff are all sent from Heaven! We cannot thank you enough for making our stay as good as it was!!! You have the most beautiful setting and grounds to wander about and enjoy, its so clean and beautiful. Your staff are just the best, so humble, kind and caring with beautiful smiles. Iluh, Janet, Nyoman, Dewa, Wyan and every other staff made our trip! Boling is the absolute best driver, so cautious, organises a ripper itinerary and trip and is so humble and thoughtful - he is the best!. Thank you to the hard working spa and massage ladies! We certainly made good use of day trips, scooter hire, snorkeling off the beach, cooking school was organised as we needed. The meals, drinks, cocktails and view from the dining tables makes the day. The food was Insta worth every day. Cannot fault the chefs :-) Thank you Katut and team. Thank you for answering all the emails and the 'extra' care that you provided and extra work that you did for us. We are all very appreciative!!!

Paid a premium to book the ocean view Villa that had a separate room per the photos on the OTA’s website. When we checked-in around 530pm, we were given a completely different room that resembles the One bed-room Villa sea view. When we complained and showed them the photos of the room we booked, they blamed the OTA for having the wrong photos. The room is extremely dim as well and the whole property seemed empty and quite depressing. We reached out to the OTA and they offered free cancellation if we checked out the same day, otherwise there will be a one-night charge. Considering it was 930pm and there are no guarantee of transportation we just opted to spend the night. The place looks old and run-down and I don’t understand how it has 5-star reviews. We moved to a hotel 5 minutes away for a much better value where the actual property/room resembles what’s advertised. I rarely ever give 1-star reviews, but this property surely deserves it.

This resort is just amazing, calm, peaceful, full of " Bali vibes". It has an ideal location, between mountain and sea, with direct access to the beach (almost private, as very few people pass by). What is makes this place so special is the exquisite kindness and great care that the people of the resort bring to your stay. On top of that, the resort is beautiful, with frangipani trees everywhere and beautiful flowers ; some of them gracefully put as decoration everywhere. The room was comfortable and very clean. Amazing yoga shala with top views on the mountain and sea. We also enjoyed very nicely cooked food and tasty drinks. Thank you to all the staff of the hotel for an amazing stay !

This is a must visit resort! I was recommended by a friend, and it exceeded my expectations! The menu is the best I have seen in a resort for a long time, and being a raw foodie and very clean eater, there were so many options for me and delicious fresh juices to have by the pool. Amenities were amazing, rooms beautiful, spot stunning, and energy amazing. Highly recommend, I'll be back!!

This is my absolute favourite place to visit! I love everything about it! The rooms are always lovely and clean, the staff are beautiful and the owner Nyoman is so accomodating, kind and a lovely lady💜 The sunsets and sunrises are simply stunning! The ultimate relaxing getaway in pure paradise:)

Rooms are immaculately clean and comfortable with quite a lot of storage space and room to manoeuvre. Shower pressure was a little on the low side but nice and hot, shower area was very spacious. The sheets and pillows are very high quality and bed was super comfortable. Air-con was fantastic. Food was amazing. I recommend the chicken Parma with fries and salad or of course the spaghetti bolognaise. Two beautiful pools and right on the beach front. Watching the little birds that cool off and fly over the pool made it magical. Kayaks available to rent on-site. Lots of beautiful sitting areas and places to take meals. The views were just serene. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. Lovely people. I was a bit unwell before I arrived and staff took great care of me throughout my stay 👏🏼 The Wi-Fi is a little bit fiddly as it hasn’t been configured properly but once you’re connected and don’t time out it stays on (just don’t lock your phone) and frequent log-ins will need to be done (relatively simple though) Price range: very cheap for what you get and with breakfast included it’s great value for money. Overall vibe: Very relaxed and quiet. 9/10 ❤️ (would be a 10 but with Wi-fi issues it became slightly frustrating) Thank you for having me! 🙏

This is a hidden treasure in Bali. The scenerey is magnificent, the resort so peaceful and relaxed. They really take care of the guest. They have several villas, two beautiful pools, right by the lonely black sand beach. The home reef is great, many different fish. The best of all, the staff. The kindest, nicest people. I have to say a special thanks to our driver Boling, to masseuses Ani and Made, to all the waitors, compliments to the two great cooks, the gardneres, the cleaning personel, the receptionists. Everyone! A, the food is amazing as well :)
