The hotel is close to the pier, but it is illegal to walk there. The road to the hotel is extremely narrow. It is recommended to charter a car. There is a restaurant in the hotel, but don't have too much hope for Indonesian restaurants. They are all not delicious. The room is not very big, but it is very clean. The view outside the balcony is also good. There is a good sunset view on sunny days. The staff is also very enthusiastic and responsive.
There are free fruits in the room, and drinks in the mini bar are also free to drink. But it is recommended to bring a filtered shower head, the water quality here is really not good.

There were no slippers in the room, the towel was not changed, the breakfast was not very good. Beautiful interior and view from the balcony, but there were hotels with the same view that were three times cheaper... for that price we expected something more

The only drawback of this hotel with excellent hygiene and landscape is that it is not very convenient to go to the restaurant. It is far away and has an excellent location where you can see the volcanoes and the dark blue sea in the distance. The hotel itself has a unique design and style. Refunding is very troublesome. At first, Ctrip said it would charge a 30% handling fee. When I asked the hotel, it was told it would be 15%. After leaving the hotel, Ctrip said it would be 50%. There is still integrity at all.
