I stayed at Grand Sovereign Hotel Kuta Bali from Jul 11th to Jul 14th. The hotel was great, the service was excellent, etc, with only one miss: I forgot my laptop charger and left it in hotel meeting room. After I flew back home to Java, I finally realized that I forgot my charger and immediately look a way to contact the hotel. Well, the response was quick and one of the hotel staff, Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL kindly help and sent the charger back to me (I include the pics of the charger and the receipt of the delivery service). What a great post service! With this kind of service, I really recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Thank you Grand Sovereign, Matur Suksma Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL. 👍👍🙏🙏

Service was nice, good breakfast buffet in the morning 7-11am. Clean rooms, good WiFi. Easy walking distance and taxi service cheap. Would recommend for cheap price. Fast check in service, very friendly and helpful staff.

Best western kuta beach, bali. Yhis is my first visit and stay to this hotel, which the location very famous specially to who loves surfing, swimming, sunbathing... 800 m fr the to the famous kuta beach bali. Surrounding by five star hotels, culinairy, beachwalk mall, cafes. The hotel is nice, the room is comfort, clean, tidy, safety box, refrigerator, coffee/tea maker, nice linen pillows'bed/blanket. Breakfast is nice even simple ...

What to say about this little Episode?...Well, it's quiet and peaceful and currently being renovated (with little disruption, it has to be said)... it's on the wrong side of the highway, so unless you want to dice with death, you need to bike or cab everywhere...the architecture is bizarre...form over function with a pool plonked in the middle...and rooms that really needed to be about 50% bigger for anyone who wants to properly swing a feline. Breakfast, robust and solid...especially if you're Asian...staff, obliging and attentive...a gym that's seen better days... an always empty restaurant that serves nice local food at a reasonable price...a big mega mall behind that's accessible from the hotel... and a booze-and-snack-filled minimart next door. What to say? ... it's nice. It's fine. It's a bit soulless and not very Bali...you can probably do better, but if you can't, it's grand.

Perfect for this price range. Room was super clean, ambience was nice, service was good too. I did not have breakfast here but the breakfast area was nice in my opinion. I had no complaint & I’m quite picky over hotels. Overall I’m satisfied and will surely come back here. Thank you Grand Zuri, keep up the good work :)

Really nice hotel in the ITDC area of Nusa Dua, easily accessible, safe and with a long pool and an Indonesian Style buffet breakfast. The rooms are a good size and very clean, well worth the price. Staff are super friendly and helpful, they are incredibly polite and accommodating to guests . Special shout-out to Dewak who was very very helpful throughout my stay here and helped me out without fail. He knows the area well too and so gave me good recommendations for coffee places and places to get good food and drink! Will stay here again for sure!

I am happy I chose this hotel for my first accommodation in Bali. As I was traveling from the Caribbean it took me 4 days to the island and accommodation which offers good rest, great service and accessibility is very important. I am an industry professional myself and I give this hotel top marks. Beautiful property and very friendly and wonderful staff. Sukur and Helen from the reception are absolutely amazing. It was really awesome interacting with them during the check-in and check-out procedures. P.S. Helen’s mandarin is excellent, a big asset in the hotel industry and Sukur passion for the industry and his job makes a very good first impression. The breakfast team to include Sevira, Manik, Adi, Havita and Arik were all amazing and identified me by name and knew my preferences every morning. I highly recommend this property its location is ideal, new and modern facilities and the value for money. I’ll definitely return again.

I was looking for a place to stay in Bali Dempensar and I come across with this vila accomodation. I was arrived very late than I was meant to but all was sorted out by a very competitive staff and comunicate to me all the way. I was so please and stay a extra day. Its located in very good position and its so beautiful and very good care of it . I was feeling so good that I already highly recomended to sevral member of family and friends Many Thanks

Definitely not kinda a hotel i wanted. I was just interested on the discount price in Agoda. But it turned to, i believe, ”real price” . The room is actually quite okay, but stains on the couch, moldy shower room, moldy shower, not so smart TV and the gym is not a gym! It's just a room with treadmill and a stationary bike. They don't have proper dumbells. They only have 0,5 kgs to 1 kg home dumbells. The treadmill is full of sweats like no one's cleaning it, and the kettler dumbells are so dusty ! The swimming pool is more to be hang out place or dipping pool instead of calling it swimming pool. The parking lot is very smal and dirty, so sometimes they put our car to some other field outside of the hotel. The towels and bed sheets look old but still clean. They only have 2 lifts and those are dirty. The good thing is they give enough amenities such as tooth brushes and hair cap, they have hairdryer in the bath room and free water bottles and coffee and tea every day. Just becareful and so called ”discounts” on travelling app, because it might be their ”normal price” , if you know what i mean.

We stayed here for 4 nights and 3 days, so here is our review. The Good Things: 1) This hotel is located beside GWK (Garuda Wisnu Kencana) in Bali, Ungasan. 2) The breakfast is great. A lot of food varies. There's a buffet and ala carte options. (We love the crepes and green detox). 3) the staff are so friendly and welcome. Especially to Mr Agus, please forward our thanks to him. 4) Rooms are clean and quite spacious. The not so good things: 1) Rooms: needs some renovation, such as painting or etc. Some loud noises could be heard, even during night. 2) Water pressure is weak 3) Breakfast: Some food can be improved so can taste better. Conclusion: This hotel is a great option if you choose to stay around Jimbaran or Uluwatu. We will definitely will come back next time, i hope they can keep the good things and improve the not so good things.
