I stayed at Grand Sovereign Hotel Kuta Bali from Jul 11th to Jul 14th. The hotel was great, the service was excellent, etc, with only one miss: I forgot my laptop charger and left it in hotel meeting room. After I flew back home to Java, I finally realized that I forgot my charger and immediately look a way to contact the hotel. Well, the response was quick and one of the hotel staff, Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL kindly help and sent the charger back to me (I include the pics of the charger and the receipt of the delivery service). What a great post service! With this kind of service, I really recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Thank you Grand Sovereign, Matur Suksma Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL. 👍👍🙏🙏

Service was nice, good breakfast buffet in the morning 7-11am. Clean rooms, good WiFi. Easy walking distance and taxi service cheap. Would recommend for cheap price. Fast check in service, very friendly and helpful staff.

Best western kuta beach, bali. Yhis is my first visit and stay to this hotel, which the location very famous specially to who loves surfing, swimming, sunbathing... 800 m fr the to the famous kuta beach bali. Surrounding by five star hotels, culinairy, beachwalk mall, cafes. The hotel is nice, the room is comfort, clean, tidy, safety box, refrigerator, coffee/tea maker, nice linen pillows'bed/blanket. Breakfast is nice even simple ...

1. The aircon was very loud and noisy . Informed staff and they sent a workman to fix it the next day . It made no difference. They offered to send someone in the following day but i felt it was becoming an invasion of privacy so declined 2. Mosquitoes in the room . I recommend nets over the bed as i was a feast for them overnight . The staff offered fly spray but i didnt want to inhale the toxic staff while there. I checked out a night early as i didnt feel this to be a relaxing experience. The hotel is reasonably priced though and the grounds and architecture pleasant otherwise

This year is already my 2nd trip to Bali! I stayed again at the Quest San Denpasar Hotel for 4 days. All the staff here are very friendly, and the accommodation is very good. Thank you always for your kind welcome kadek suiasa 👍

stayed for two nights here and the location is excellent as well. Even though there is no direct access to the beach, it can be reached by walking through an alley in about five minutes. The hotel is within walking distance of many excellent dining establishments and can be reached by foot from the majority of Legian's surrounding areas. It's a great idea to go up to the rooftop pool early to avoid the crowds, though. The breakfast, which included both local and international options, was also excellent.

Stay with my family in this Hotel. Room was comfortable with Balinese style building. Breakfast menu need more options. Kids pool was great and clean, my daughter very happy spend time there. Upon chek in we escorted by YOGA, front office training, he has a good communication skill to the guest and can explain well the area on the short time walk to our room. In the future YOGA i think can be a good asset for any Company

I was looking for a place to stay in Bali Dempensar and I come across with this vila accomodation. I was arrived very late than I was meant to but all was sorted out by a very competitive staff and comunicate to me all the way. I was so please and stay a extra day. Its located in very good position and its so beautiful and very good care of it . I was feeling so good that I already highly recomended to sevral member of family and friends Many Thanks

Superior rooms are not that great. Very limited facilities. Dim lighting in the room. Ok to stay for a couple of nights. Room smell was a bit odd. Good breakfast buffet and pool. You cannot book taxis online or your own, the hotel has their own Taxi dealings. If you have to book your own, then you need to walk few hundred meters from the hotel.

Definitely not kinda a hotel i wanted. I was just interested on the discount price in Agoda. But it turned to, i believe, ”real price” . The room is actually quite okay, but stains on the couch, moldy shower room, moldy shower, not so smart TV and the gym is not a gym! It's just a room with treadmill and a stationary bike. They don't have proper dumbells. They only have 0,5 kgs to 1 kg home dumbells. The treadmill is full of sweats like no one's cleaning it, and the kettler dumbells are so dusty ! The swimming pool is more to be hang out place or dipping pool instead of calling it swimming pool. The parking lot is very smal and dirty, so sometimes they put our car to some other field outside of the hotel. The towels and bed sheets look old but still clean. They only have 2 lifts and those are dirty. The good thing is they give enough amenities such as tooth brushes and hair cap, they have hairdryer in the bath room and free water bottles and coffee and tea every day. Just becareful and so called ”discounts” on travelling app, because it might be their ”normal price” , if you know what i mean.
