Stayed for a week with my family and I have very mixed reviews. The hotel has three separate buildings if you have trouble getting about make sure to ask to be put in the main building. We were very confused when we were led outside and down the road then through another section past that and then up the steepest hill to the last building. The room smelt damp and the sheets felt damp. The air con wasn’t working and the beds were horrendous my son actually slept on the plastic chair the first night. I went to reception the next morning and ask to be moved to a lower room and told her about the problems we had. They said they could be would have to be the next day. Was given our new room key the following day which was in the 2nd building which wasn’t so bad to get to but the room was still very shabby and the bathroom stunk of urine. To top it off a cockroach was seen running around. At this point we where already on our 3rd day so we decided to make the most of where we were the area is absolutely stunning it honestly made up the holiday beautiful beach and lovely shops it really was a pleasure to visit. The hotel has a lot of potential but the rooms seriously needs a revamp. The food was nice if you like trying different things but also serves chips and spaghetti for fussy little ones. Snack bar is down the road next to the second building and swimming pool serving snacks 11-6 and self serve drinks. I honestly wouldn’t stay at this hotel again but also glad we visit the area

Pros: - Location was great, Bali is a lovely place with a good buzz but also calm. - Quick, easy access to the beach. - Quiet at nighttime - Some friendly service, especially at the hotel bar - Some good dinner varieties (however this was hit and miss) Cons: - Our room was very damp and smelt terrible. There was no window in there expect for the main door which was unpleasant - we did not receive a clean for our room. We had to go and ask reception to clean it and they said it wasn’t cleaned because they didn’t have a spare key. This meant we had to give them our key so could not access our room for certain hours of the day. - Our room came with no towels and again we had to go and ask for these. There was no apology for this. - The food could be very questionable at times and one of our party was very ill after some lamb that she’d eaten at the buffet. - Swimming pool, very small and crowded. It looks deceptively bigger in the pictures. - The bar has limited options and the drinks tasted different every single time. Most of the fizzy drinks were running out of the syrup and had an odd taste of them. - our toilet flooded on two occasions and we had it again request a clean for this. - The beach is absolutely lovely and was the best part of the holiday however for the sunbeds it is an additional €12 charge per day which is quite a lot when you consider how much you are paying for the amenities at the hotel already.

We stayed here for a week at first I didn’t realise the hotel was split in to 3 hotels and we weren’t in the main complex one, we got our room at Sofia village and it was flights of stairs up with a shared balcony which was too much for my mother, so we we asked to change rooms with no hesitation they changed it to ground floor at Sofia village which was absolutely beautiful and got to say we loved it and being next door to the old lady Sofia she looked after us all week she was so lovely and we miss her already! food was great, views were amazing, staff were friendly, everything was pretty much easy to get to as we were worried it was too hilly at first but there’s ways and means and a little train to get on and off. Would definitely visit again.

BEWARE!! HEALTH HAZARD HOTEL!! Went here for our honeymoon 16/10/2024 honestly I wouldn’t put a homeless person here. It’s so bad. Food is stone cold. Husband broke his toe on a leak in the bathroom from the toilet . And now upon return I have what looks to be scabies. I seen a cleaner just folding the sheets and blankets and putting them in a cupboard the day we were leaving so god nose how many people have slept in them. Lack of evening entertainment no life guards at pool. Staff very rude and don’t care. Ran out of Alcohol on an all inclusive holiday. Total shambles of a hotel with 1 million steps. And that’s not exaggerating in the slightest. Also kettle had mild growing inside. And hotel room full of ants.

This place is a shambles. It’s totally unacceptable for any company to recommend it. It’s dirty (cleaning staff do their best but they can’t clean what is in a bad need of specialist cleaning, repairs and updating) and old with so many broken areas around the pool area which are dangerously close to the pools. The food is diabolical, nothing is labeled and it’s cold, leftovers are served at lunch the following day. The scrambled eggs would bounce around all the Greek islands and back again. I requested an accessibility room due to me having mobility issues and my husband being visually impaired and they gave us a room across the road from the main hotel which had 96 steps upto the room. Most of the staff are lovely but Evangelina should NOT work in hospitality because she has no manner, she shouted at the guests and was damn right rude and moody constantly. The only thing that this hotel has going for it is its amazing views. I wasn’t expecting a top class hotel on a budget but this doesn’t even deserve a 1 star 💫 rating.

Rooms are dirty the same cold food everyday pool side was never clean staff were disgustingly rude reception was no help ants all in the rooms no one stayed in their allocated rooms everyone moved rooms to what they asked for asked for pool side got Mountain View On a better note I highly recommend Bali village the locals are lovely and everything you need with in the village located on a beach. If your standards are low and your honestly looking for a couple days in the sun and not bothered about the rooms and food because you’ll be eating out it’s okay to use the shower and a poor bed.

This is a fantastic location with nice views , three pools and 3 bars are well provided with drinks for 12 hours between 11-23 . The food in the main restaurant provides a good variety . The staff is really helpful and we enjoyed every minute. Thank you

Prepare to be dissapointed if you stay here. The advertising pictures must be 20 years old , we were well and truely catfished! We felt like we were staying at a hostel. Most staff seemed unfriendly and unmotivated, I guess who could blame them working here. The dining area is awful and unclean and that same theme runs throughout the "hotel". Toilets in the apartment are not cleaned thoroughly enough. The shower is a handheld shower head albeit powerful. Long hair on spare pillow. We had a kettle but no cups or utensils. On a slightly positive note the bed and sheets seemed clean. The bed was spacious and comfortable. Good air con Stunning views The food was OK but very repetitive after the 3rd day. The hotel would be gorgeous if they gave it a deep clean and redecorated. Please, don't waste your hard earned money!
