Enjoy the custom log shuffleboard and log poker table, or just sit back and enjoy the (very) good life.All rooms are over-sized and offer top of the line furnishings and finishes. You really must see this property to truly appreciate its beauty and grandness.Great for family gatherings, corporate retreats and just a reunion of friends. Multiple restaurants and bars are accessible by boat on Round Lake, even a marina with gas to refill so you can spend all day on the water! You do have to go under the bridge to get to Round Lake, which can be a tight fit, but not far at all. We have a newer 22' pontoon boat that is available for rent as well. If the water is really high, there is a chance you might not fit, but this has not happened to us over the last 5 years.Off the water, there is a winery and casino (age 18+) within 5 miles. There is also mini golf, go carts, log rolling and much, much more to explore!We also have 3 kayaks (1 is a double person) and a paddle boat that are included with your rental. This 3 bedroom/2 bath cottage sleeps 6 and is just minutes from Hayward.This lake cottage features a full kitchen with granite countertops, modern appliances, central air conditioning, living room equipped with a smart tv and free WiFi and private dock for your boating and swimming enjoyment. Enjoy the spectacular views from the 3- season room and large deck that overlook Round Lake. Everyone will enjoy the lower level rec room filled with entertainment complete with a gas fireplace, tv, foosball, ping pong, dartboard and card table. Plus many card and board games all ages will be sure to love. Enjoy evenings by the outdoor fire pit, just steps outside from the screened porch. A walk down the steps will bring you to the dock where you can tie up your watercraft of choice for your water adventures. A canoe with paddles, two bicycles (child/woman's size) and a floating oasis (I-float) are provided for your enjoyment. There is also a propane gas grill provided for your cooking and grilling needs.The Master bedroom is located on the main level and offers a queen bed, large walk-in closet, master bath and patio doors that walk out onto a private deck. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and is located on second level.Bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds and is located on second level. There's also a FULL SIZE Sofa Sleeper in rec room and one air mattress available.The dock accommodates boats up to 40 feet in length. The water level at the end of the dock is about 4 1/2 feet deep. Please note that the dock is typically pulled from the water mid-to-late October, dependent on the weather. The water is clear to about 10 feet of depth, so swimming can be done from the dock. Water shoes are recommended as some areas have a gravel bottom.Round Lake is approximately a 3,000 acre lake with 19 miles of shoreline with many bays. The lake is a spring fed lake and is so clear - you can see the bottom at 10 ft. It has a sandy bottom and shoreline and is great for swimming, fishing, boating, kayaking and canoeing. Round lake does have a public beach for kids to enjoy a sandy beach. There are several other beaches and sand bars obtainable by boat.For your convenience, there is an on lake boat rental service located at Round Lake Marina.Please refer to the rental agreement prior to booking.This is not a party house. It is understood and agreed by the Parties, that the Tenant shall use the demised premises for the purpose of vacationing only. Landlord does not rent to vacationing students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25), unless they are supervised at all times by an adult or guardian or parent. By renting this property, the Tenant agrees there will be no vacationing students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25) in the premises, unless they are so supervised. Violation of such paragraph, would terminate the tenancy at the time of knowledge, forfeiting any and all security deposit and still require the Tenant to pay for the full term of the occupancy, without recourse. FIREWORKS: It is hereby understood and agreed by all parties that no fireworks may be set off at any time, in the premises or on the grounds.
