M’Ocean Carried is an absolutely gorgeous Gulf Front Beach House - East End 6 bedrooms/ 5.5 baths, private pool, 100’ on the Gulf of Mexico. Sleeps 20 in beds. Total renovation of this spectacular East End Beach House. Gourmet kitchen features 2 full size refrigerators with ice makers, 2 large dishwashers, a Bosch 5 burner gas range, driftwood cabinets with quartz countertops in coastal colors with glass tile backsplash. Custom dining table seats 20 and is made from a solid slab of reclaimed wood. Dining room has a 14’ buffet and it’s own beverage center. Kitchen and dining room are on the main floor, along with the well appointed living room, featuring leather sofas, a coral tiled fireplace and Venetian plastered walls in hues of blues of the Gulf of Mexico. Also on the main floor is a half bath and the very spacious Master King bedroom with an en suite which has a double shower and double onyx sinks. All rooms on the main floor are Gulf front and open to the covered porch that runs the length of the top floor. This gulf porch has tables and chairs for al fresco dining. The 2nd floor is comprised of another living area and a wet bar which is equipped with a compact refrigerator, freezer, and it’s own ice maker. Also on the 2nd floor are 3 King Masters - all with private baths, and the Kid’s wing. The Kid’s wing is comprised of the Girls Bunk Room and the Boys Bunk Room. Each of the bunk rooms has 2 full size beds and 2 twin size beds - sleeps a total of 12 children. The outdoor areas have not been overlooked. The pool decks have plenty of sunbathing area. There is also an outdoor shower, fish cleaning station and a private boardwalk to the beach. A reverse osmosis system - so no need to bring bottled water! We believe the view from the top balcony is one of the best on the island! You are only a short walk to the bike path and the St. George Island beach from this home. Chances are, this gorgeous Victorian home has caught your eye if you have ever driven down Gulf Beach Drive near the corner of 12th street and the St. George Island plantation gate. This home towers high with 2 floors of living space with an additional stair set going up to the 3rd floor reading nook with balcony. Numerous windows and tall ceilings make this home bright, airy, and open. Through out the home you will find nautical décor touches with tranquil colors on the walls. You can relax sitting in the open living room with comfortable seating, wrap around windows, Flat screen TV, and a large book shelf with plenty of books and games. Take a peak on the kids in the pool downstairs by walking out the screened in porch off the living & kitchen area. By the way, our kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, bake ware, appliances- including: coffee maker, blender, toaster, mixer & more. All stainless steel appliances in this kitchen! The enchanted dining area features a wooden chandelier, romantic wall sconces, a built in bench for the dining table, and a sliding glass door for access to the outside screened porch. VITAMIN SEA! Plantation! This beach access home is a short walk to the beach. First floor has an open concept. The living room has cozy seating, making for a great conversation space. There are two bedrooms and two full baths as well as a covered deck. Upstairs there's a loft area with sleeper sofa, built in bunk beds and a separate bedroom for children. Upstairs is the Master Suite deck. There is a private pool and propane grill, as well as a screened outdoor space with a hammock. SGI voted #1 beach in 2023! Weekly rentals are allowed to start on any day of the week based on availability. . Entire house, pool and grill I am a remote host available between 9 am and 8 pm every day. The Plantation is a gated community on the west end of the island and is known for amazing sunsets. Please note the Plantation requires a separate mandatory rental agreement be signed by all guests in order to gain guard shack entrance and resort amenities. You will receive a separate email to electronically sign the agreement via DocuSign. You will need a car. Golf carts are not allowed in the Plantation. No boats, RVs or trailers allowed. Parking for 3 cars and perhaps more if you park nose to tail. We will independently verify your details via a secure 3rd party platform (Truvi) before your booking can begin.. We have pest control monthly, but being Florida cannot guarantee that you won’t encounter palmetto bugs or other creatures such as lizards inside.. If you notify us of a problem doing your stay we will do everything to fix it promptly. You explicitly agree to give us access to correct any issues. The house has 2 Ring cameras, one facing the back door and one facing the front door. Both are to protect the security of both the host and guests. The front door does not record any portion of the pool, so the guest is solely responsible for pool safety. Neither camera may be covered or disabled by the guest. If you are traveling during hurricane season, travel insurance is highly recommended..
