Large kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, built-in stove top, washer/dryer, all basic cooking utensils/pots/pans providedOur lodge is on the 2nd floor of an all metal warehouse. You will have access to the rental unit which is accessible via the back of the building. The 1st floor of the warehouse is for the owner's personal storage.Wanting to bring a few more people? No problem! There's an additional lock-off on the second floor just off the kitchen near the owner's unit (owner does not live on-site) with an additional 4 beds (2 bunk beds) and full bathroom. Our condo is a private, waterfront unit with a boat dock located in Cypress Cove Marina. The condo accommodates eight guests but can & has accommodated up to twelve guests when arrangements are made. The condo has a full kitchen, laundry room with washer & dryer, three bedrooms & two baths. An 800 pound ice machine & charcoal grill are available for our guests to use. A large covered patio as well as a large back deck overlooking the water allows for maximum relaxation while lounging around in one of the many chairs or swings located at the property. Cypress Cove Marina has a fish cleaning station that allows for speedy cleaning of fish or ducks without having to worry about discarding carcasses. Cypress Cove Marina is a full service marina complete with fuel, ice, bait & a restaurant. It is a retired offshore living quarter covered into our Island Time @ Venice Marina. We have used this boat for years for fishing and duck hunting and have loved it. It is perfect for 1-4 guys or up to 6 people. It has full over full and twin over twin bunk beds, pots, pans, plates, bowls, utensils, etc. that you need to have a great meal.
