The home boasts 5 spacious bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 separate living space, a fireplace, flat screen TVs, game room/bar area with pool table, an entertaining kitchen with a great breakfast bar, lakefront sunroom, shaded patio, dock with one open slip with lift and patio furniture.From the garage parking, you'll enter the home on the second level. This level has two bedrooms and one shared shower/bath off the hallway. The largest bedroom is spacious with two full size beds and tv that overlooks the lake. The second bedroom is nicely furnished with a queen-sized bed. Upstairs is an enormous family game room with its treetop view of the lake. Everyone will enjoy the pool table, shuffle board, dart board, game table or just watching tv with plenty of comfortable seating for all. And don't worry about going downstairs for drinks, this 3rd floor level of the home also has a great wet bar - perfect for entertaining - with a mini fridge, sink, and microwave! There are two spacious bedrooms off the hallway; one with two full size beds with single bed pull out and another with a queen-sized bed and tv. Both rooms share a full-sized bath with a shower/tub. The game room also has a pull out bed in the couch.Downstairs, on the first floor, is the living level of the home. Every cook will enjoy the beautiful kitchen with granite counters, breakfast bar, stainless appliances, dishwasher, and trash compactor. Both the kitchen and dining room have combined seating for 12 people. From both rooms you can enjoy the rock-faced fireplace and a flat screen TV. Just off the kitchen is a great lake-view bedroom with a king-sized bed, tv and hall bath with walk in shower. And access to the laundry room with extra storage for coolers.When you're not on the water, you'll enjoy visiting and relaxing with family in the stunning lakefront sun room with movie theater style seating, accent chairs and large flat screen smart TV. Beyond the French doors of the sunroom is a good-sized patio with multiple seating areas with a gas and charcoal grill. A few steps down from the patio is a sloping sidewalk to a firepit with wood and huge private dock in a very calm cove of the lake. The dock and one slip is available for your use to bring your boat and one pwc parking space with drive on dock. The slip is 9x20 with v-haul lift and there is room beside the dock if you have a larger boat. There is space available for parking your boat trailer. The water is deep and perfect for all your fishing, swimming, boating and floating activities. There is Lake Shores marina less then a mile before you arrive to the house to put in your boat.This property is just 20-25 minutes away from all the action on the busy side of the lake - Bagnell Dam, Lake Ozark and Osage Beach - vi the community toll bridge. Also, the home is just minutes away from the towns of Sunrise Beach and Laurie for grocery shopping and from a public golf course. By water, we are less than a 10 minute boat ride from four of the hottest lakeside restaurant destinations - Frankie and Louie's, Coconuts, Jolly Rogers and the H. Toad Complex.The home is furnished for normal housekeeping with dishes, cookware, flatware, glasses, coffee makers, basic appliances and grills outside. We are also pleased to provide bed linens, bath towels, and a starter packet of detergents, trash bags and paper products (toilet paper and paper towels). There are tv's in all rooms with one larger tv in the family room. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Rocky Mount has great places for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks. The Quarry Restaurant and Bar is close and Jolly Rodgers is about a 20 minute drive. The Lakehouse Cafe and North Shore Shopping center are also about 20 mins away. There’s a boat rental company 15 mins by car. By boat, Dock Knockers, The Boathouse, The Toad, and Shady Gators are all within 5 miles. There are great locations down the Gravois Arm on the 6 mi marker of the main channel.You'll need a car to get around the area. However, if you're wanting a good place to walk or run, the neighborhood is a great place to catch some views and get some exercise.Put around the cove in a four-person paddle boat. Or, go bigger by renting a boat from a boat rental about 15 mins away by car.There is a gas grill at the house. You’ll need to supply you own propane gas tank if you plan to use it.We do not have cable TV but there is internet and a smart TV. Feel free to use whatever you services you have.If you need life jackets, be sure to bring them.You'll want to grab your groceries before arriving. The closest grocery store is about 20 minutes away.Please be sure to make your reservation for the correct number of guests that will be staying.Please leave enough room to the left for other cars to get by when you park. We only have room for 3 cars to park free. We can get additional parking but there is a fee. Lake roads are tight quarters and parking is a sensitive situation so we do our best to respect our neighbor's spaces. All sliding doors have a pin lock in the middle of them, a pole, and a regular handle lock. For your safety, do not sit on the deck railings. Brand New One Bedroom Really Nice House. This is on the water is a no wake zone. The house has a new hot tub. The house has its own private dock. The dock has nice wet steps to get in and out of the lake very easily. Great views, huge deck. Nice outdoor furniture. Only one adult couple is allowed at a time. If the couple has 2-3 kids it is allowed. The house is really nice but it is not set up to host large families or more than 3 adults.Parking is plentiful and very easy. The parking area is flat. The owner of this home owns the Gas Hole gas dock/Beautyview Resort next door. There is a ramp on site and trailer parking. The lake house guest suite is great for couples and families (with kids). You get the entire newly remodeled bottom floor guest suite (with it's own entrance) to yourselves and a patio with a view of the lake. The updated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom guest suite has an eat-in kitchen, both bedrooms have new queen beds (we do offer a queen size air mattress for additional sleeping). The living room has a flat screen Smart TV, cable, and Wi-Fi. Enjoy dinner on the patio that includes a new table and four chairs and a new gas bbq grill.
