To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in the immediate removal of guest(s) and forfeiture of all amounts paid.𝗦𝗡𝗢𝗪 𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗢𝗩𝗔𝗟Snow removal services are supposed to arrive within 24 hours of any snowfall of more than 4+ inches to clear the driveway and a pathway to the main entrance. Snow removal companies cannot guarantee a specific time the property will be serviced. Therefore, guests may have to shovel a spot to park if they arrive before the snow removal company or if it snows during their stay. There have been times in more significant storms (2ft+ of snowfall) when snow removal can take longer. It doesn’t happen often, and our other guests have always been able to make it work. Just know that we are doing everything possible to get someone out there.𝗜𝗡𝗖𝗟𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗠𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗜𝗡 𝗪𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥Please be aware that weather conditions can change rapidly, especially during winter. Guests booking a stay in the winter should be prepared for the possibility of tire chains being necessary to travel to Big Bear. City officials and law enforcement enforce this requirement.
