Our large Pelican Walk condo comes with two free beach chairs seasonally March thru October. The condo has 1650 square feet of indoor space and 300 sq feet of balcony. It has three large bedrooms and 2 full baths including a walk in shower and a tub/shower combo. The extra large corner balcony on the 8th floor has amazing sunset views year round without obstructions. The balcony is the favorite spot of many of our guests. Pelican Walk is beautifully landscaped with two pools, one is heated seasonally, and a hot tub. The complex is pet friendly (under 20#). Its a HAPPY PLACE!We features 3 generous bedrooms, with an Upstairs Primary En-Suite along with a fabulous custom kitchen & living area. Downstairs you'll find a king bedroom & a 3rd bedroom with 2 full beds & a kitchenette & laundry room. We sleep 8 max. Pets are considered with a non-refundable $225 pet fee & must be approved prior to your stay...max 2 dogs. Plenty of room for four cars to park! No garage access. Expect stairs to get to upper level.
