A very nice play to stay in for a vacation/staycation. Comfortable to have a day-in at or to be a transactional place in between activities. Nice view of the sun movements and I’m in love with the builds of the hotel; unconventionally structured and very interesting. Lots of place to explore in the hotel alone and amenities are accessible and good. We stayed in during low-season and it was very peaceful. Breakfasts were not buffets because of that but they served us anything we could ask for generously and attentively. The concierges; Dokhan and Duygu served us a very friendly welcome and chats the whole time which helped us to get to know the area a lot too!

There was no Bodrum in the self-driving tour, because Mandarin Oriental knew this place, but when I went to Wenhua, it was more than 8,000 nights, too expensive, only to pick Lishi. Beauty is beautiful, I haven't seen a Chinese in the two days of staying, but the room doesn't feel luxurious, not as good as our domestic super five-star hotel. The beachfront room was only 34m, there was no bathtub, and the water in the bathroom was not flowing. Breakfast is good.

We stayed here for 7 nights for our honeymoon and it was wonderful. The location is good for proximity to restaurants, bars and nightlife - we would recommend a rental car though if you ever want to get out of Yalikavak or do day trips. The hotel has an amazing view because it’s up a steep hill, so it’s not really walkable. It’s a 5-10 min taxi for about 100TL to get to the seaside/out for the evening. There are lots of shops nearby which are good for stocking up on snacks and drinks for your room. You’ll see these on the way over from the airport. Our sea view room was better than it looks in photos. Amazing view, pool on our doorstep (we mostly had it to ourselves, and you can also use any of the other 3 pools in the hotel. We were in Villa A, where the pool ends up in shade for most of the day. The other 3 pools were warmer so we often used those), massive bed, walk-in wardrobe and lovely toiletries. Bottled water and ice is provided for free, which is a nice touch. The staff are super attentive. Breakfast is served on the terrace. You get a spread of starters, and can choose two mains per person. Eggs, French toast, etc all delicious. Reception staff were also helpful, and offer lifts to places where possible. The restaurant is also good for lunch. The prices are similar to what we’d pay in London, but food is tasty and convenient (pastas, pizzas, salads and good cocktails). Happy hour is 4-6pm, with 50% off cold starters, sides and cocktails. The only downside, which isn’t the hotel’s fault, is the loud music from a nearby club which can be heard in the rooms until 2am. I suspect this starts around June and ends by the end of Sep? Not sure. If you are a very light sleeper (like me), it’s worth bringing some ear plugs. If not, then you’ve got nothing to worry about, as everything else is perfect. Things I wish I knew before I visited Yalikavak (we didn’t do much research before we went): - there are two marinas. The new one, with Zuma, Bagatelle, Nusret etc. this is fun and we visited a couple times. Feels a bit like Dubai, and everything is £££. Then the old marina, which is lovely and feels like ‘proper’ Turkey. We had better (and better value) meals here, staff were friendlier and more genuine, and the shops were authentic. We found it more difficult than we expected to to find a good local meal until we discovered the old marina - paşa döner was a nice quick lunch, and Arka Ristorante a good Italian dinner. - September really is considered the end of the season. We didn’t mind, but if you want a lively holiday in Bodrum where the beach clubs and restaurants are buzzing, go in July or august (probably June too, from what the locals told us). I think everything pretty much shuts down by the end of Sep. Thank you to everyone at the hotel - it was a memorable holiday for us :)

Our 15th year stying at this hotel and it’s still as amazing as the 1st year. Very friendly staff that we class as friends, special thanks to Mahmut and Zeliah, lovely to see Zeliah again and a pleasure to be introduced to Mahmut. The rooms are very clean and have everything you need for your stay, Meals at Big Chef were very nice, the pool is great and the sun loungers are very comfortable, there is a supermarket just across the road and a little coffee shop that we also like to visit. Looking forward to going back next year.

I was very satisfied with the hotel.Location is good ( near Myndos Gate) .There is no “Sea View” but all the remarkable places are still in a walking distance! Food in restaurant is delicious and a little bit more expensive than in Bodrum common places!Service is good as well .A huge advantage of the hotel : Free of charge - SPA zone . Everything is included except massage & relax programs ! The only one minus which was observed in case if it was 5- star hotel the rooms were not spacious enough !!! Relation between price & quality of the hotel is reasonable ! I would definitely recommend it !

Wonderful holidays in Xanadu Island Bodrum As a family, we spent one week vacation in Xanadu, exactly the last week of June 2024. After an impressive experience of 10 years in Antalya, we decided to test the beach resorts of Bodrum. Xanadu Island was our choice and now we may say that was our best choice and the most wonderful experience on the beautiful beaches of Turkey. It is very difficult to list those miracles that are missing in many resorts in the world, which you find in Xanadu Island. The rich food, with plenty of culinary varieties, with 24-hour serving, various bars, where I would single out the “Rosebud” bar, the opportunity to alternate between enjoying the pool, the sandy sea, the rocky sea in those two amazing bays, etc. We had made the reservation for a courtyard room, but the managers offered us an upgrade to a Deluxe Suite, with a breath taking sunset view. Even on the last day, they allowed us to check out late, keeping the room until 20.00. I would like to thank the manager, Mr. Alperen Recep Aslan. Despite the fact that our reservation was UAI, with a large range of imported drinks, I am a taster/partisan of Alberlou whisky, and enjoying my favourite drink was made possible by Mr. Ibrahim Eyiuslu, Guest Relation Manager. I had my own dedicated bottle in the room. Special thanks go to you Mr. Ibrahim. Bars, the ones that all vacationers frequent throughout the day, with excellent service, a wide variety of cocktails, where you often see my new friend, Mr. Ismail, preparing delicate cocktails. I thank Mr. Ismail, Bar Captain, for the dedication and respect you showed during my vacation. I must also mention the animator of water sports, the elegance and love she showed to the vacationers. Last but not the least, were the live concerts with the amazing different bands that we enjoyed so much. Tomorrow, we leave Xanadu Island Bodrum to return to our home, with the highest great and unforgettable impressions, and we will undoubtedly return again next year.

This hotel is at the terminal of the island, so the View is particularly good. The only thing that is inconvenient in the past is that it can only be driven by car or paid for by the hotel. We are driving off the plane. In fact, it does not affect, because this is an all-inclusive hotel, the activities are very rich, basically do not want to go out, there are many things to do every day in the hotel, I feel that I can’t play, but I eat it from early to eat. Late, for the holiday, it’s really great, nothing to think about, it’s easy. It is very suitable for children to play, can host 2 years old and above, there are many activities that children can play, even Mini disco, my baby is one and a half years old, playing very high. Every day, you can talk about swimming and sliding. There are holidays, I will want to come here for a holiday. Perhaps this resort is very hidden, there is no Asian, pure European resort, the baby is particularly popular here. No matter the tourists or hotel service staff, it is very Nice, in short, it is highly recommended. The facts are better than what you see on the photo.

I stayed at this hotel in October 2023 as an early birthday celebration with my girlfriend. Due to work currently, we can only see each other every three months. We working hoping for a positive, chill experience. I am also a Hilton Gold member that has stayed all across the Hilton family of hotels; but I have never been so poorly treated by the front office than at this property. I was cheated and taken advantage of by paying over 500 euros more for their sea view room category and then given a lower category that is almost 50% of the cost per night and has no view (photos below). I would like to clarify that my grievances are with the front office. Most of the property staff are friendly, highly competent, and hardworking. Two staff members who were particularly excellent were the gentleman Efe and restaurant supervisor Merve Bilir. They provided excellent service, were genuinely warm people that care about their customers, and are hard workers. They should be the managing the entire hotel Also the food at the resort is very good and on par with any of my stays at the Waldorf Astoria properties. We also enjoyed the spa, which is run by a separate company and provided a great hammam experience Negatives: -We were given the wrong room category. The room I booked was a “King premium sea view” with “panoramic” sea views. Their reservations page is very clear about the room in both photos and its description. Instead we got room 6 with a view of some trees, which was clearly a lower room category (photos below). I typically wouldn’t care if the price difference is minimal, but lower room categories at this hotel are nearly 50% less per night (240 to 270 euros per night while I paid over 500 euros per night). Over the course of the weekend, I ended up paying between 500 to 600 euros more than was necessary for a lower room When I went to the front desk to point this out and ask for a room change, the receptionists agreed with me that this was not the right room and they offered me a free dinner with alcohol included, but they were fully booked and couldn’t move us I agreed and left but didn’t feel that was fair compensation since a 130 euro dinner doesn’t make up for paying 500+ euros for the wrong room. When I came back a few hours later, I asked for a manager and the assistant manager Tarik came out to speak with me. He was completely dismissive and couldn’t care less for what I had to say. He didn’t apologize and seemed annoyed that I was speaking to him and tried to end the conversation as fast as possible. He then informed me that alcohol would not be included in the dinner after it was promised and while he was hurriedly walking away he said he would ask the head manager what else they could do. The receptionist felt bad and offered to send a bottle of wine. During the rest of our stay we never received a bottle of wine and Tarik never got back to us -Their beach club, Frankie, was closed for two full days for a wedding while we were

The rooms were very clean! The swimming pool is also very well looked after. There are only two rooms on the 3rd floor, so you have a fair bit of privacy. Each room on that floor has their own balcony, but they are not fully private (you can walk between them). The AC also runs very cold. Would highly recommend!

GGuest UserStayed for 10 nights on April in a deluxe sea view room, and we loved it. rooms are very large well equipped and views are incredible across Gumbet bay. Very clean, Great beds and bathroom, Found the staff to be very helpful, We enjoyed the pool area which is lovely and never busy, so had it to ourselves the few days we relaxed there. Bear in mind you are at the top of a steep hill when staying here (both down to Gumbet and Bodrum) but it was not an issue (there are taxi stations at the bottom of both sides and a taxi up the hill is £2 if you are feeling lazy. This is an amazing location to explore lovely Bodrum and Gumbet so definitely recommend. Very reasonable too!

XXIAOQIANHotel location is good to find, there is a small brother at the door to help with parking, luggage, etc., but the hotel decoration style is general, but the room is still very good, there is an open-air balcony, very close to the beach, watching is a big swimming pool . The room is very soundproof and there is no loud noise. However, the hotel's other services are more general, Ctrip reservations do not include breakfast, compared to the hotel price, the price is average, but the overall environmental sanitation is very good.

CCherchy & FerryChecked in at the Baia Bodrum Hotel on May 02/22 which is considered pre-season in the region.Registration was easy. the restaurant food was very good and staff -especially restaurant staff- was great. On the second day, my wife had an accident and needed first aid treatment but they said that even there is a medical in the hotel, “the medical service has not started yet because the season has just started.” Besides of many good points, another negative points are the disturbing smell coming from the toilets especially in windy weathers. Also during our stay -probably because of the pre-season- we couldn’t have any entertainment and activities unfortunately. In a nutshell, location is perfect , hotel is good but the points listed above needs to be improved.

GGuest UserA wonderful, even exquisite hotel in the center of Bodrum. Cleanliness, newness and quality of the rooms, hospitality, transportation etc. are all very good. Normally I don't bother to sit down and write, but such hotel management deserves applause and congratulations. I looked at the comments and found it and booked a room. This hotel has nothing more or less than anything else. Well done to the owners and good work.

GGuest UserI spended 3 night inside of the Laden Hotel Bodrum, I can't say any problems with the service. Everyone was really helpfully and kind. The rooms showing the life reality like in the pictures on the websites. The rooms (standard and deluxe) was really really really so much of clean and comfortable. The air conditioner moved very well, the landscape was incredible! The location so much of closer to everything, even the bus station maximum 5 minute with walk, with that you can travel an other citys or you can achieve the airport, even the biggest shop (Migroş) maximum 5 minute with walk, everything so closer and you can travel easier the famous places, or restaurant, coffee places, you can rent moped or as you just wishing. I will bring with myself a really good memories, I am sure it won't be the last time that I spended to here. Çokçokçokçok teşekkürler Laden Hotel.

GGuest UserSo the good points… The location is great. A 10 minute drive down to the main area where there’s plenty of shops and bars spread across the marina. The beach is lovely. The water is nice and clean and plenty of beds for you to spend the day in the sun having fun 😎 The view is spectacular. The most amazing scenes especially at night when the town is lit up. So picturesque. The bed is very comfortable and the rooms are a good size. The staff on the beach do a great job keeping it clean and tidy. Unfortunately, that’s probably about it for the good points. Bad points… The drinks are awful. The sodas are flat and warm, the cocktails are absolutely shocking. The mojito should be removed from the menu as not 1 person knows how to make one. The rooms are ok but it’s the cleanliness, it’s bad. We stayed for 5 nights and not one was out floor cleaned, the shower and sink left unclean the whole time, bed was made daily but they never changed the sheets. Not once. The room was dirty when we checked in. Not a great start to the holiday. Most days the rooms was never even looked at so I had to keep asking for it to be cleaned. (Not that it was cleaned to anyone’s standard) The mini bar and coffee was never replenished. Had to constantly ask for stuff. Very frustrating. The staff are not that friendly bar maybe 2 or 3. They basically serve you once they’ve finished their conversations amongst themselves. Almost make you feel uncomfortable. What’s also frustrating is that not many speak any English. Now, I’m fully aware that I’m in their country and maybe it’s wrong for me to be frustrated but given you’ve opened your doors for the English speaking consumers, you would expect the staff to atleast understand what drink you’re asking for on the English written menu. The security guy who props himself up at the bar is very rude and aggressive. But I’ll be taking that further on a different platform. The lift to take you from the hotel down to the pool area is constantly out of use meaning you’ll need to walk up and down 100s of steep steps. Not what you want to be doing in 38c heat. The food isn’t great. Not awful but just bad quality. I didn’t eat there much but maybe it was just an off day. The air conditioning in the room is awful. Might as well not even have it turned on. Room still hot when it’s been left on all day. The hotel could be made so much better given its location but unfortunately, I don’t think the staff care too much about their customer’s complaints or concerns. Would I stay again? Probably not.
