We just returned from a fabulous stay at the Peninsula Paris and our time there was so special that I feel compelled to write this review. This is a top-notch hotel that goes above and beyond to make your trip unforgettable. Let's start with the staff - Rana at the front desk, Nicholas and Paul at the concierge, Jose at the valet, Volica in housekeeping, and Imran as the greeter (to name a few, but certainly not all) - are the kindest, most helpful and amazing people I have ever come across. They not only made our return there so good, but they also left an impression on our 7 year twins that they soon won't forget. The concierge was able to get us coveted reservations at some of Paris's hottest restaurants and boutiques. The room was immaculate, spacious and comfortable. The food was unreal - the daily pastry basket at breakfast, the dumplings at Lili and the chocolate - are all a must!! Me and my husband have traveled a lot, stayed at many fine resorts, and this is truly at the top!

Breakfast is very good, not a buffet restaurant, is a set meal, more than the extra money. You can add an extra bed, but the super bed is indeed very big, the hotel is in a good location, just near the Eiffel Tower, but if you don't choose a view room, you can see the street view. The design and collection of the hotel lobby are highlights, the small garden can not be missed, very beautiful. As far as the room is concerned, the honesty can be said to be normal, the service is indeed very good. When checking in at the front desk, there were Chinese receptions and smooth communication. Overall it is still great.

The whole stay was amazing! The staff were all really great and kind! The rooms were very neat, cool design, the room at the 6th floor was amazing with a nice peaking view of the tour Eiffel. The staff are thoughtful, welcoming the boys with treats and colouring sheets and crayons. They were also very accommodating. The location is perfect. You can walk to Montmarte or Jardin du Palais Royal and enjoy the city scene of Paris. Thanks to the staff of Maison Mere. Would love to come back again.

We decided to stay at Fauchon to take advantage of our GHA Titanium status and oh my, it was the best decision ever! We were upgraded to a suite as part of the GHA perks so we got a great room on the 4th floor. The room was spacious (2 of us with 3 big luggages but still had ample space to move around), clean and the bed was very comfy. The amazing gourmet bar was also a really nice touch, even for us who don't drink alcohol. We had in room breakfast for 3 mornings and the food tasted consistently awesome. The french toast recommended by the staff was fabuloussss. The hotel is also located within walking distance to various restaurants and shopping streets. All the staff - from the concierge, housekeeping to in room service - were friendly and helpful and they truly made our stay a wonderful one, and we would love to be back soon!

Very nice location which walking distance to Eiffel Tower also the hotel just opposite metro station also plenty of restaurants also mcD beside it.
However the staff not so helpful where we drop our luggage, she took the luggage tag and ask us to fill it up ourselves then we move our luggage to the luggage waiting room ourselves. Basically she just lead the way also open the door for us to access the luggage room.
In the room have coffee machine, kitchen and empty fridge. Coffee maker available at lobby.
Its bit overpriced for me.

Arriving from the US, I booked and pre-paid for a room for three days so I could check in after my morning flight arrival. I didn't want to have to wait if the room was not available before official check in time. And with Fashion Week going on, hotel rooms were hard to come by. When I landed at CDG, I was surprised to receive an email from the hotel telling me that I did not check in and that if I didn't arrive before noon, they would forfeit my reservation and I would lose all my money... not to mention my room too. I emailed them back and they understood I would arrive on time. Not the best experience. The room is spacious for this price near Opera, but there's nothing special about the decor, the service or the amenities. It's perfectly functional, which was fine for me as I was on business. Not sure this is a romantic get away hotel. The lounge has a nice bar and several tables which is convenient. However they play incredibly cheesy 80s music which is difficult to ignore if you're not into it.

The hotel is a bit old around the corridors and walkways! its working on renovating but once inside the room it is nice and clean so wasnt too fussy on it! Great location, safe and easy accessible to tourist sights and shopping. Front desk was also very helpful so overall would recommend it just the hotel needs to work on finishing its renovation so it looks newer!

The hotel is only separated from the subway station by a road, and you can also walk to Famous Store Street for shopping. After shopping, you can go back to the hotel to unload your goods before setting off. The wine night is relatively old and the shower water pressure is insufficient, but the location is indeed very good

My recent stay at Hôtel Dame des Arts allowed me to immerse myself in the splendor of the awe-inspiring interior design crafted by Raphel Navot and indulge in the allure of the popular rooftop bar, which undoubtedly left a positive and lasting impression.
The interior design of the hotel was a masterpiece in itself, with Raphel Navot's talent evident in every detail. The ambiance exuded elegance and sophistication, creating an atmosphere that truly enhanced the overall guest experience. Additionally, the rooftop bar provided breathtaking views of Paris, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and enjoyment.
Regrettably, the overall experience was overshadowed by a combination of disappointments, notably the service at the ground floor cafe. The male employee with a beard exhibited a dismissive and inattentive demeanor during my interactions with him. His lack of attentiveness made me feel overlooked, leaving me hesitant to further explore the cafe's offerings. While I typically do not demand exceptional service, this level of inattentiveness fell short even of my usual expectations.
This attitude displayed by this specific employee overshadowed the positive hospitality offered by all other employees at the hotel, leaving a bittersweet impression of the overall service.
Furthermore, my stay was marred by a billing issue, resulting in double charging for my fully prepaid reservation. Such an oversight was embarrassing.
On a positive note, I must commend the other hotel staff, particularly those at the reception and rooftop bar areas, for their accommodating nature, contributing to a more pleasant overall experience.
In conclusion, Hôtel Dame des Arts undoubtedly showcased a dedication to exceptional design and ambiance. However, the combination of one inattentive employee and the billing concerns left me with a mixed impression. I firmly believe that fostering a culture of attentive and respectful service, along with diligent billing practices, is essential to delivering an exceptional guest experience. The hotel location is in the heart of the city and local frech establishments. Is near enough to tourist spot, but not a tourist trap location. So you can get authentic French hang out and food experience with reasonable price.
The hotel cleanliness is top notch! Super clean and smell so good.
Staffs are amazing, super friendly, and polite. They will help you for all your needs. They even send a welcome pack week before we arrived with super clear direction.
The building and the room are just like they advertise.

We were met with a very warm and kind greeting from Olga at the front desk, she made sure we were accommodated with our special requests and anything else we may have needed; in addition to Olga there was Amando; he assisted us in making all of our site reservations including theater tickets; his patience was outstanding with us as we knew very little; the entire staff was very impressive and friendly and I know that this is the hotel I will stay at every time i visit Paris

KKara TaiThe location is unbeatable as far as distance from many historic attractions. For the price of the room ($700) it is quite expensive as the room is simple, as are the amenities.
Most of the hotel staff were friendly. Check in and check out went smoothly. When I went to ask about a power adapter, the person I spoke to was short and rude with me. My partner is French and everyone was more friendly with him and willing to help.

GGuest UserResidHotel is the best aparthotel stay my family has had. The staff was warm and welcoming and felt like our family. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to use. Our balcony view was so peaceful. The rooms have air conditioning, which was extremely important on the hot August days this trip. The location is in the 17th arrondissement and was the best location we could have asked for. It is near enough to the the Arc de Triomphe to walk, but far enough away to not be in a tourist area. Plan a late evening to walk to the Seine river for a Bateaux Mouche boat tour. The metro lines 2 & 3 were our primary mode of transportation and are walking distance. There are many good cafes, restaurants, boulangeries, and department stores(FNAC, Monoprix, Carrefour,etc.) nearby. We had a café crème every morning at a different cafe each time. The fruit market on Rue Poncelet had the freshest fruits ever. There is a wholistic food store called Naturalia nearby, which has bio and international foods you can use in your kitchen at ResidHotel. There is a laundromat right around the corner if you want to do your laundry yourself. The ResidHotel will have you feeling like a Parisian, even if only for the length of your vacation! Great breakfast and fresh Orange juice which I can’t get enough of. There is also a part 5 mins walk from the hotel and 27 mins walk you will be at the Champs Elysees and Eiffel Tower. Trains are very central, take the metro 2 from Gaud de nord to Courcelles where the hotel is located. Amazing restaurant close by and 10 mins walk too. Great bar and atmosphere. Shops, pharmacy’s, everything only a walk or two away. I love this place. But I love PARIS

GGuest UserFirst things first, there effectively is no Lennon Hotel. There is no reception there and no breakfast room. Everything from the administration on is done through the Avalon Hotel next door so, make the assumption that you are going to the Avalon and you will not get lost or confused. The decor is both dated and modern at the same time. I would say, typically French so I am glad they didn't go all chain hotel and boring. The Bedroom - The choice of furniture I would question. In some pictures you can see what looks like a coat rack. This is the 'wardrobe' in the room. There are 6 hooks which may or may not have 6 hangers. Beneath that could well be a full size laptop safe (free to use) and under that, what I would have used as the shoe shelf. There really isn't anywhere for smaller items at all, they likely will stay in your luggage. With the lighting it's either bright or very bright so, there wasn't really an option to have it dimly lit though there are a selection of ceiling light, wall lamps and table lamps, they are all bright. Our room (100) was not a king size bed, I feel 4' 6” as it was certainly smaller than we are used to. In many pictures it shows the white bed pillows supplemented by small blue (green) ones. This is certainly not the case with every room. The Bathroom - I can but speak for our room as I understand other rooms have different configurations. We had a walk in shower with a rain shower head and a hand held spray adjusted using ornate handles. The toilet was on the wall. I personally don't like those, I feel incredibly unsafe especially when they creak like this one did when sat on. To make it worse, we're only 5' 3” and it's just too high, we felt like 5 year olds in need of a step stall. I wondered if this might not be aimed at wheelchair users as I am disabled but I do not use a chair but a mobility scooter (which there was plenty of room for). Then I consider the sink which is high up, too high for a wheelchair user. Of course, there is no chair in the shower either so, if it is meant to be an accessible room, it kind of isn't. The walls are done in tiles. Very mismatched tiles, not sure whether that was intentional or just years of different repairs and replacements. I feel that the light blue small square tiles were original but that when the shower, toilet and sink were last done they were not replicable so got replaced with blue rectangle tiles. The floor tiles are probably original but very worn and though they may have been, I never felt they were clean. Being a walk in shower the water got everywhere and the floor remained wet all night so we kept a towel on the floor by the door. Us British might find it weird to see a hairdryer in the bathroom right next to the sink, I think a plug socket too! I arrive 8am. Too early for my checkin . Went to counter. As I cannot speak French but I am fluent in English . Was kind of worried. I was attended to by a very very nice lady with a big big smile ! I did not managed to ask her name but she was slightly plump, wear glasses and long hair and she cycle to work . She did the luggage storage for me . Of coz I did the labeling and putting onto the luggage myself .
Then when I ask for recommendation of a place to eat , she recommend my cafe D industries ..(hope I did not spell it wrongly ). Very near to hotel .
Room was very well equipped. Small kitchen . Microwave . Iron board. Separate toilet . Shower room . Everything was just nice and Cosy. Very near to many Metro station. Need to supermarket . Turn right walk down is Main Street. A lot of food hotel has own launderette so you can also wash clothing in hotel . ( but need to download apps, very easy.)
Thursday just outside the hotel have a long stretch of morning market . Nice to walk . Cook food. Raw food. Fruits. Just like market . Nice experience .
Overall, I am very happy with the hotel , the location . The well equipment and room space was nice

To reemphasize, 2 staff left a dee impression for me , the counter long hair plump lady. I give her service and kindness = 9.5/10 for everything including let me check in luggage, show my where to eat, let me check in 2 pm. Her smile was lovely
And before I check out , a short cleaning staff ( black guy) assisted me with the launderette. Very helpful . He is really helpful with me even though he cannot speak English well.

BBrian DuckIt has a quite good location. but still little bit far from the city center. And staff at front desk are not that work well. they are sometimes confusing what bed is available. also they are not that concentrating on the online booking. seems like… But really clean and good facilities
