"Just returned back to the UK after staying at The Jinyuan Zhangfei Hotel We had a family garden room which was perfect. We could not fault it and had everything we needed. Very comfortable with a lovely view. All reception staff were very good, some even spoke a little English. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. We had a family meal in the restaurant and was very well presented and very good. Location is perfect for the ancient city, walking distance to shops and just a short taxi ride from the train station. We will definitely be returning."

We were tired from traveling and were not familiar with the outside world, so we decided to dine in the hotel. During the evening meal, there was a slight accident with the dishes, but we didn't care. Early the next morning, the customer service manager took the initiative to go to the room to apologize to us, and brought us a fruit plate. He also unexpectedly informed us that today's lunch menu would be free of charge as a sign of sincerity. While we admire the hotel's guest-first service concept, we are also impressed by the hotel's meticulous management. When we left the hotel the next day and started our journey, the customer service manager was waiting at the front desk early and gave us two bags of meal gifts we needed on the road. "第二次來閬中，沒想到那麼多人，更沒想到老闆大姐的兒子小田走出3裏地來給我們帶路，很讓人感動。客棧不大，在古城內，離景點都很近，乾淨整潔，院中一個小天井，到處是人間煙氣。房間有點兒小，但設施齊全，床品潔白如新，衞生間沒有異味。老闆大姐人很善良，夜晚看我們在客廳裏打牌，怕凍到我們，專門搬來了一個電爐子取暖，很温馨。特別值得一提的是，第二天上午逛了半天很累，回到賓館，不想動了，看到老闆大姐和兒子正在做午飯，問能否給我們做些飯，大姐二話沒説，把她倆人剛做好的飯菜端給我們。雖然沒有大魚大肉，但炒菜清香，燉湯滋潤，滿滿的家的味道，真香！而且，大姐説什麼也不收飯錢，好説歹説收下錢還説給多了。感謝大姐及小田的熱情服務和接待，下次來閬中古城還選何家染坊客棧。🌹🌹🌹"
