Se viajar com crianças, toda comidinha delas vai estragar porque nem tem geladeira direito - meramente adega de vinho, de 12ºC. Falta microonda e maquina de café, que é padrão internacional. Uma pia de lava-louça não transforma um quarto de um hotel budget para um apartamento, gente! Se pedir gelo, o bar/restaurante terceralizado vai te cobrar R$ 16,50, que é 10% da diara do quarto (paguei R$165). Todos hoteis to mundo tem uma máquina para gelo gratis. Depois de dirigir por mais de 6h do Rio de Janeiro para Minas Gerais, cheguei por volta de meio dia e meia ao Hotel Promenade Pancetti. Fui recebido calorosamente pela equipe. Meu chek-in estava para às 14h, mas anteciparam gentilmente e, ainda ofereceram-me um Upgrade de quarto. Quarto excepcional, serviço de primeira, banheiro amplo e muito limpo, café da manhã excelente. Só tenho a agradecer a todos do hotel.
