Quirky hotel which has been beautifully restored. Staff were really helpful and gave great ideas for days out in the area. Used parking app to park just outside the Citadel walls. Selection available at breakfast was good. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable on our road trip which was only downside.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here - the location is amazing as it sits on the quiet cobblestone street at the city walled citadel, and it feels like you are stepping back in time. We arrived at midnight and were given clear instructions how to enter the building. One thing that I could not fathom is why the staff needed to wait until the last moment to provide the instructions - it was a bit bizarre. The hotel is wonderfully decorated, and the breakfast is great. We felt like the staff could have been a bit friendlier - it felt like the guy was annoyed when we asked him some questions. Maybe he was having a bad day. In any case, the hotel is worth the experience!!

A location with a "purely medieval feel". A medieval of the best quality. Cleanliness, service, breakfast, all 10. Hospitality and passion for excellence. A hotel suitable for all age groups. I felt the warmth of this place and will highly recommend it.

This hotel is a very good stay in Sighisoara old town. It’s lovely decoration and style make it a home. We were unlucky, because the guests above us were quite noisy and the wooden floors do not isolate at all. Plus the church bells will wake you early in the morning. But apart from that, it was comfortable, spacious and gave an easy access to the city center.

We were here only for one night, but had a great experience. The little in room stairs leading to a gorgeous bed area was stunning. We loved sleeping under the room window and seeing the sky and the stairs. The bathroom and the room were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Not a lot of variety, but enough and delicious. The little bruschetta were my favourite Staff made this place feel like home. Very welcoming and helpful

Amazing place, in the heart of the fortress, very clean, traditonal and cozy. The stuff showed good hospitality. The food was delicious and the vibe great, exactly how you expect it to be for a medieval city. It really takes you back in time. I truly recommend it!

Wish we would have stayed more than one night in this marvelous little hotel in central Sighisoara. So comfortable, so well located, such gracious and attentive service. Honestly, we arrived in the middle of the Medieval festival, the busiest day of the year in this small town, and the hotel front of house was incredibly on top of everything with our check in. Made us feel so welcome. We had a large room overlooking the street which was super comfortable, peaceful and simply and elegantly appointed. We had dinner at the hotel's restaurant and again it was all top notch. Excellent food and service at reasonable prices. Hotel Von Graf is a gem and a real find. Highly recommended!
