Ужасный отель с отвратительным сервисом, никак не тянет на 5 звёзд -удалённость отеля от Еревана - 20 мин езды на автомобиле -казино во время коронавируса не работает и об этом нигде не сказано В номере: -раковина засорена -фен отключается через 3 минуты работы -в отеле есть проблемы с электричеством (свет моргал, техника отключалась и включалась) -ночью громко работал минибар, было сложно заснуть под его гул -минибар в номере пуст (хотя при заселении в правилах было прописано, что минибар платный) -при заселении в номер отсутствовали халат и тапочки Завтраки хорошие, наверно единственный плюс данного отеля При выселении сотрудник отеля обыскивал наш багаж и искал свои халаты! Но их не было изначально при заселении в номер! Персонал вел себя абсолютно некомпетентно и непрофессионально! Мы уже выселились, уезжали из отеля. Но сотрудница отеля остановила нас, когда мы выезжали с паркинга, сказала открыть багажник и открыла чемодан, начала обыскивать и искать свои халаты. Фото, где сотрудник отеля обыскивает наш чемодан в багажнике нашей машины прикладываю!!! Худший отель в мире! Никому не советую!

Отель просто потрясающий: обслуживание, интерьеры, инфраструктура - все на высшем уровне. Полотенца, постельное белье, принадлежности для душа - все очень качественное, наивысшего уровня, настоящие 5*. В отеле отличные спа и открытый бассейн. Цена полностью соответствует полученным впечатлениям. До Еревана 20 мин на такси
