Spend an extra 500 RMB to book a room with a sofa bed. Turns out the sofa bed was broken (see picture). After communicating with the hotel for two days, no one repaired or changed the room. What was even more hateful was when I went to the front desk, the front desk staff NiNi Bliadze actually said arrogantly and rudely that she was not responsible for this matter. I asked her to communicate with the hotel manager, but she said that the hotel does not have a manager. The worst hotel in history, the worst service, I can’t help but give a bad review...

Hotel is in very good area and have amazing view But hospitality team are very bad and show now smile to guest, not helpful Room cleaner start noise from 9:00 am using wokiToki all the day and also speaking loudly to each other keep running early in the morning . Cleaning ladies are always Grumpy and complaining if any thing needs to be clean. Pbreakfast us everyday the same no changes Differently not recommended hotel staff are not friendly

The rooms are weird and the fridge doesnt work well. Avoid coming during the season because you'll gave to wait a lot before getting to your room. Haven't tried theur breakfast yet so I can't judge it but one thing that annoys me the most is how loud noises are all around us , the hotel could do great withsome nouse cancelling glass for the bedrooms since it's full of families with kids and near a street/riding activities.

Firstly the hotel staff especially the receptionist is very rude. We were a group of 50 people. The lift didn’t work we had luggage’s and rooms were in 5th floor. DO NOT RECOMMEND. The food was also average they claim to be 5 star but it’s a joke.

It’s a good hotel, with clean and spacious rooms, good room service and restaurant, good location, almost all of the rooms have good view The breakfast is with acceptable variety and in a very good quality. The main issue with this hotel is the rude and unhelpful staff. Bottom line- this is NOT a 5 star hotel. Not even a 4 stars one. Yes it has some nice facilities but the level of the food, the quality of the rooms, amenities and service are on. 3 stars level- maximum. As other wrote- staff is disinterested at best. Rooms are relatively spacious but with very poor amenities. Fixtures etc. are on a very low level and lots of them are falling apart. There is some smell coming from the shower probably due to poor sewerage system. Not unbearable though. But the absolute worst thing is masses of children running around the corridors and banging until way after midnight. There is no way to explain why other than some traditional thing - but the management could not care and did nothing. We couldn’t get a moment sleep before half past midnight. They do have a nice Spa though.

Best Hotel to stay with family . staff is nice and friendly they offer swimming spa and sauna for free. restaurant prizes are also affordable. hotel gives free water and other essentials. close to the activities areas. highly recommended. Breakfast is the best.

Very bad service Very bad food with no variety Very loud music all the time You can feel everyone is just interested in getting your money and nobody from the service is interested in making it a trip you want to remember. Bakuriani is nice and we found a nice restaurant but the hotel was way too expensive for what it presented
