"We checked into the hotel at noon on April 28. About ten minutes after we checked in, a cleaning staff swiped the card and opened the door without knocking. After a brief communication with us, we thought that the front desk system did not track it in time, and perhaps the cleaning staff did not know that this room had been checked in, so we did not report this to the hotel front desk. Around 10:30 p.m. local time on April 29, another hotel worker appeared and swiped the card to open the door without knocking. After seeing us, he immediately closed the door and slipped away without apologizing. We promptly reported this to Ctrip and the hotel front desk. After about half an hour, the hotel staff came to apologize after checking the surveillance. I clearly stated that I would not accept the apology. After staying for two days, the door was opened every day. And at this time, we found that the door lock of our room was broken and could not be locked in the room. We called the repairman to repair the door. After dealing with these things, it was close to midnight. April 30, we checked out at around 10 a.m. When we checked out, the front desk politely asked if the stay was good for the past two days? We found that the hotel had no record of this incident. We expressed our anger, and the hotel sent staff to apologize. The conclusion given was that the cleaning staff could not speak English, but not knocking on the door and not speaking English were the problems of the hotel management team, not our responsibility as customers. The hotel staff said that the incident had already happened, and we checked out, and there was nothing they could do. I reasonably suspect that the hotel discriminates against Chinese and women. I don’t know if Asian women are too easy to talk to when they go out. The hotel did not give any solutions in person. We were in a hurry and left without continuing to argue with the hotel. Continue to feedback Ctrip, Ctrip helped to handle the complaint, and also made a complaint to Hilton’s official customer service, and the complaint is still being followed up. It is not recommended for single women or female friends in groups to stay in this hotel. Safety is not guaranteed. A very bad living experience. Ctrip’s service is very good and has been helping us deal with complaints. 🚗Using the local taxi app, we called a taxi about six or seven times from and to the hotel, and the driver could never find the correct location of the hotel. I don’t know what happened."

"Прекрасные апартаменты- чистые, просторные, с двумя балконами, в каждой комнате кондиционер. Идеальное расположение, в самом центре Баку! Мы жили в номере 601, единственное замечание - нужно поменять замок в межкомнатной двери, хлопает ночью от сквозняка. Но это на фоне всех плюсов легко устраняемая мелочь! Завтраки шведский стол, в отеле в двух минутах ходьбы от апартаментов- простые, но всего достаточно"

"Vey clean and impressive looking hotel. Helpful and nice front desk. English speaking well. Regarding amenities couldn't tell you much since that wasn't something I was looking for. Haven't seen a pool or anything or a gym. You should Ask about it if that's important for you."

"Location is good. Hotel room is huge, we loved it. Hotel toilet needs some renovation though. Breakfast view was fantastic at lvl 15. Staff service was very very slow. Needs improvement. When we asked for breakfast takeaway cos we were rushing to the airport, they packed ALOT of things for us! Thank you movenpick!"

After our sleepless night of a long flight, he provided us the breakfast with coupon, the food is very delicious. Especially after stay awake all night long because the long night flight, the breakfast wake us and let us recharge for the day. We also had snacks time and free dinner, it was fantastic. Front desk staff is very friendly, give detail instructions on how to get into places we asked about. Hotel restaurant provide tasty food with big portion and inexpensive. We really enjoyed our stay there and strongly recommended this place."
