Sapphire Marine Hotel is one of the best places to stay for tourists and those looking for breathtaking views, tranquility, warmth and happiness.
Staying with breakfast is one of the best choices and the best service.
The hotel has the finest and cleanest workers in luxury hotels.
The hotel deserves a 5-star rating with distinction, and the receptionists are very friendly and loving.
Bolt service is also available for transportation around the city at all times, which is one of the best types of transportation services.

Really enjoyed my stay at Sapphire Marine Hotel.
Perfect hotel to wind down and relax with beautiful artwork, great fragrance, and the most delicious food in Baku at the Senetor Restaurant inside the hotel.

The hotel is a few kilometers away from the old town of Baku. The external environment is beautiful and it is a good place to eat, drink and have fun. There are many people there in the evenings and weekends. The hotel lobby is very distinctively decorated and has many furnishings. There are not many varieties of breakfast bread, but more fruits. The rooms are the size of a normal hotel, with simple facilities. There is no hair dryer in one room, and there is a toilet flushing problem in one room. The room cleaning staff were not very enthusiastic about their service. They repeatedly told us to do a good job in cleaning when they went out. When they came back, they only had one room.

The hotel is conveniently located, the city center can be reached by bus in 20 minutes.
The staff is polite, positive and very attentive.
The room is excellent, they clean every day and change the bed linen daily.
I would especially like to express my gratitude to Esmira, who cleans the rooms, for her excellent
work and sincere attitude towards guests. She is great.
We are very pleased with the vacation we spent, if possible, we will come again.

One of the weirdest/worst hotel experiences of my life. Despite having decent amenities like pool and sea-facing rooms, the service provided (or lack thereof) completely ruined our stay. Despite a check-in time of 2 PM, the we didnt get our rooms till 5.30 pm. Rooms were not completely furnished, keys didnt work, only 1/3 rooms were carpeted. The worst part was that we wanted to extend our stay for 3 more nights but we were asked to leave because the hotel was supposedly undergoing renovations. This is untrue because people were checking in as we were checking out. The manager at the reception is either obtuse or a straight up liar. Whoever wants to have a good time in Baku, stay far away from Sapphire Marine

I stayed at the hotel , a very unpleasant review ( couldn 't check in , I waited an hour for check-in . I come to the room, my things are turned over and 5 people are sitting on my bed repairing something without my knowledge (the manager says just sorry. the food is at the level of one star. They spent half a day repairing the room . I couldn't rest after the trip. I do not recommend this hotel (the rest is ruined

Avoid going to this hotel. Even though it looks nice from outside, the hotel rooms are largely not done- missing sockets, carpets etc. Checkin time was 2 pm and they gave the rooms to us as late as 5 pm. Plus, gym spa etc were not operational. To top this, the staff is not helpful- they keep smiling but do not help with anything in reality.
