Excellent location, inside the old city, easily walk over to the top attractions inside the old city. Front desk staff is very friendly, give detail instructions on how to get into places we asked about. Hotel restaurant provide tasty food with big portion and inexpensive. We really enjoyed our stay there and strongly recommended this place.

They don't value guests - I highly do not recommend!!!!
I would like to write a review about staying at the hotel, but Azal Airlines unilaterally cancelled tickets and flights to our region. For 1.5 months we only received formal replies from the hotel and in the end the hotel, despite the force majeure, did not return the money.
If you want adequate treatment of guests - this is definitely not the place

I checked in at 10 o'clock on the day of check-in. The front desk staff personally took me to the room. The lady was very considerate and introduced the hotel's facilities and environment to me in detail. The bed in the room was not very comfortable because it was not flat, one side was high and the other side was low, and it collapsed. And the quilt cover was not put on properly. The restaurant upstairs has a good view, the dinner tastes good, and there are many varieties of breakfast, but most of them are sweets. I asked the staff for chili sauce separately. I stayed for four days and was generally satisfied. The location is really good, and it is a three-minute walk from the subway station!

The hotel as a whole is not bad, but the tiles in the bathroom are coming off, they didn’t bring shampoos, they asked questions about cleaning, although by default it should always be done. In the room on the first floor, the humidity is high and the windows cannot be opened. If you want fried eggs for breakfast, it's better to show a picture. View on the 4th floor where the restaurant is good. It looks like a family business where not everyone is trying for the sake of quality service. There is something to work on. Lovely hotel with great staff, especially Leyla, Aysel, Ramiz and Hasan , who go the extra mile to help, They understand English and are always willing to assist. And ,of course Mr Emil, the very friendly manager. We loved the location in the old city, which is close to the Metro and most historical places, restaurants, the promenade, etc.Breakfast is an excellent buffet , with so many choices. Views from the restaurant are amazing.
