Spacious room with unusual two-level design, very clean and comfortable. All equipment worked perfectly, bath and bed clothes were changed every day Excellent performance of friendly, helpful and professional hotel staff everywhere: reception, restaurant, room cleaning Superb breakfast with excellent choice of food and drinks

Stayed three nights with family. The room was clean and the size was reasonably good. The room service was poor as there were no enough drinking water, tea bags and sugar available. The matress was comfortable. Breakfast buffet was just ok.

Отличный отель .очень внимательный персонал. Шикарная локация. Очень уютный номер и для стандарта 40кв что очень достойно . Отличный спа .в 30 метрах большой супермаркет 24/7 Цирк через дорогу!!! Смело рекомендую.спасибо за все!!!!!

Прям очень понравился. Выбирал глазами вживую, обойдя несколько отелей в районе. До центра 7-10 минут пешком. Тихие и просторные номера. Жили в супериоре. Большой буфет для завтраков + шеф-повар при тебе приготовит каши, омлеты, и тд. Ресторан для завтраков - на верхнем этаже с террасой и панорамным видом. Очень большая СПА-зона! С 2-мя джакузи, финской сауной, хамамом, и турецкой баней. Всё чистенько, всегда свежие полотенца. Исключительно приветливый персонал! Отмечу на 5+ работу ресепшн, персонал баров и ресторана, и в особенности - хаускипинг на 7м этаже и сотрудников СПА-зоны!)) Останавливались на 8 дней. По выезду - нас провожали всем отелем так, что не хотелось уезжать!

Доброго времени суток всем кто сейчас читает отзыв про данный отель. Если вы выбираете отель с хорошей геолокацией в городе, хорошим завтраком и просторным номером то вы не ошибётесь . Персонал очень гостеприимный и вежливый. Всегда идёт на уступки и решает вопросы гостей , НО вот с вопросом СПА ...это вам не Турция где все продуманно и организованно для гостей отеля. Тут всё наоборот , гостям нет места в спа, какой вечер пытаюсь попасть но это бесполезно! всегда занято посторонними гостями !и только мужчинами !всегда прокуренный спа , просто отвратительно к сожалению! За 7 ночей отдыха в данном отеле ,я была один раз и днём в спа. А ведь выбор пал на данный отель из-за того, что имеется СПА с джакузи! Прошу менеджмент отеля поработать над данным вопросом.
