Overall the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful
There was only an incident when checking in we were not given a twin but they replaced the king bed and gave 1 additional small bed .. ok never mind
The incident that made me sad was my child fell because during breakfast he slipped because the staff was mopping and the water made my child fall
We shouldn't have wet the floor when mopping and there was no warning sign to be careful of slippery floors
My child couldn't get up for 20 minutes
But fortunately he got better because he was immediately given an ice compress
But so far this hotel is indeed the best location!

Don't stay in room 220 or its vicinity. There is a large ventilation unit outside, which makes it impossible to sleep.
