We preferred Aysberg over other resorts as the pictures uploaded were quite mesmerising, but our decision proved wrong. Rooms are worn out. Except for staff in reception, none of the staff speaks English nor you can communicate orders to the kitchen staff as they couldn't speak or understand English. The pool and beach are good. One night we spent without aircon, I asked them to fix but they showed inability and replied that technician will come tomorrow. Staff at reception mostly showed an inability to solve issues which was more a management problem, otherwise, the staff itself was receptive. Compared to room size television screen was very small and had very few channels plus slow wifi. Food at restaurants was good, but the menu was in the local language so difficult to pick up as the staff couldn't speak English. Overall experience was mixed, washrooms were old and water leaking from a plugged tape. Windows towards the road are not soundproof so, at night traffic and sea, wind can disturb your sleep. Not worth the money paid, with this condition I will recommend exploring other options if no option is available then your stay will be without regret.

Excellent hotel on the Caspian coast. I recommend it. We lived in a room on the 1st floor overlooking the pool. A bit noisy, as they often hold celebrations, and live music in the evenings, but it didn't bother us. The room has everything. Towels, slippers, a bathrobe, a toothbrush, toothpaste, water, gel and shampoo were replenished every day. The cleaning was perfect. We had breakfasts, just delight. Omelettes, sausages, kutabs, pancakes, porridge, juices, tea, coffee. A large sweet table and various ripe fruits, so you won't go hungry. Once we had lunch overlooking the sea, inexpensive and tasty. I recommend Khardalan beer to everyone. Of course, I would like a Russian VTB ATM on the premises. It's not far to the center, we went by taxi (ordered through Yango, an analogue of Yandex). We took rubles, exchanged without problems, the only thing is better on weekdays, since profitable exchangers do not work on weekends. VTB World card withdrew manats without problems. We went to the city for dinner, since it is not reasonable to sit only in the hotel. There are many places to see in Azerbaijan. I recommend restaurants: Otdykh, Dubrovka, Turkish cafe opposite the hotel Zam Zam on Kurban Abbasov

We stayed at this hotel from 07/06/2024 to 07/09/2024. I chose this hotel because I wanted to celebrate my anniversary in privacy by the sea. I booked and contacted the hotel administration in advance. The room was on the second floor overlooking the road. We didn't open the windows, but there was always a constant hum from the road. I don't know if it's good or bad that it faces the road, since the rooms overlooking the pool and the sea are where there are constant parties and celebrations (the hotel allows non-hotel guests onto the property, there are crowds of people by the pool, the sun loungers are positioned so tightly that it's impossible to get through, there's food and trash all around, the cleaners don't have time to clean up, but the restaurant is lucky - the waiters are running around, happy; the hotel restaurant holds celebrations on the hotel property - locals come in the evening, photo sessions are held, family celebrations are held, etc. until midnight.) The hotel looks nice on the outside, the beach is not very clean, although you can see that they're trying to clean it; breakfasts are served in the cafe in the main building: fruits, vegetables, eggs, omelette, porridge... that's the standard. In my opinion, you won't go hungry. The girl and the guy at the reception are like robots: they respond quickly to requests for a problem in the room, they smile tensely, there were problems in the main restaurant, here they disowned it, like the restaurant itself is on its own, and the hotel itself is on its own. Now the important thing, about the main restaurant, I can't help but warn those who are planning to visit this hotel. In the evening on the day of arrival, we wanted to have dinner on the territory by the pool in the main restaurant. The waiters quarreled among themselves, since each had their own tables for service, many visitors were not hotel guests, but since we were hotel guests and they were in a hopeless situation, they found a table for two. The menu was unfamiliar to us, the dishes were new, we asked the waitress (she introduced herself as Anya) to give recommendations. We were offered to take one dish for two: cheese (4 pieces on a plate), lyulya (2 pcs), lamb on the bone (2 pcs), one salad with cherries, a flatbread and a bottle of red wine Hillside. It was nice, sincere, I asked to additionally recommend a photographer for a photo shoot the next evening and to tell the price for the services. At the end of the evening, Anya brought a check for 83 manat and said that the photographer's services would cost 50 manat. We gave her 100 manat without change for a tip. Only in the room I went to the hotel website and compared the prices of the dishes that we tried and calculated the check, it was overstated by at least 25 manat. The next evening, the reception called and said that a photographer, a nice young man, was waiting for us. At the end of the 30-minute photo shoot, I asked how much money to give in advance or the whole amount at once and shock - the photo shoot cost 200 manat. Impressed by the previous evening, I told the young man that we had an agreement with Anna and she had voiced the price and that he should now resolve all issues with her. At the same time, we also approached Anna, since we had a table reserved for a festive dinner and I could not resist and told her about the service of the evening before (my habit of photographing dishes and receipts helped me a lot in this conversation). It turned out that

Nobody looks after the hotel, they only need money, the rooms have lived a long and difficult life, everything is shabby: furniture, plumbing (water flows in different directions from under the tray, you can’t get to the toilet), tables, and the floor is carpeted, it’s just awful, they say there is internet, but in fact there isn’t… I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone 👎

We stayed at this hotel from August 5 to 10, 2023. The hotel is a solid 4. The location is excellent, not far from the center of Baku, you can get there by bus in 20-30 minutes or by taxi. We liked everything, the rooms are clean, they clean every day, the maids are a plus. The guys at the reception are responsive, everyone speaks Russian, they are always ready to help, order a taxi, resolve a problem, clarify something. The hotel grounds are well-groomed, there is a little lack of greenery, the sea is clean, the beach is not looked after perfectly, but they try. Breakfasts are delicious, varied, the chefs cook well. Special thanks to the hotel manager Vugar. He knows his job perfectly, monitors everything in the hotel, he will help solve any issue. The only negative is that for an additional fee they let people from the street into the pool and the beach, and if the windows from the room overlook the pool, it will be very noisy because of the music. Yes, of course it is a bit expensive, considering that it is only breakfast, but not critical. We really liked the hotel, we will come back again.
