We are very happy we have the living experience in Ramada hotel close to the sea for three nights in May. I booked a nice sea view room with super big balcony. It was so pretty and peaceful to enjoy all the beauty when we sitting in the balcony. The room is spacious with beautiful decorations. The lobby is luxury designed which I like a lot. And food is definitely tasty with a variety of choices. The most good is the manager Alexandra ova. She is so warm and friendly always helpful with my need. She always has beautiful smile make me feel good. If you come to Baku , choose this hotel. Will be a great choice for you.

It’s a bit too far from the city. The hotel is old - the lobby area, restaurant, lifts, carpets etc, everything’s old. The breakfast is extremely average and sometimes poor (most items are served cold). Most of the time, the waiters are not sure what beverages are available. Communicating in English is a major issue. Other downsides included many amenities being closed - * the swimming pool is dirty with algae * the outside bar is closed * they give excuses when you ask for something to be provided to the room (I was asked to go to the reception to pick something up) * there was some construction happening there and every excuse was that it’s not season time and hence the construction and the closures Not bad for those who prefer quiet but those who want the convenience of going for a walk in Nizami Street during the day, this is definitely not recommend.

The service was not the best when we arrived. The receptionists took their time to assist us and when we finally were given keys, they just pointed to the lift and left us. The hotel room was quite outdated with a broken leaky fridge and a bulky TV. However, the balcony was quite nice and the view was amazing. The food was really good and it was plentiful.
