Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs! Our New Year’s stay at this hotel was a complete disaster. We booked 19 rooms, expecting a great experience, but instead faced poor service, security issues, and even theft. Money went missing from our rooms, and staff repeatedly entered without knocking. Management has been completely unresponsive to our complaints. This hotel is untrustworthy—stay elsewhere!

Very nice place and hotel. Live in upper floor. Very nice sight on Baku city. Restorant is on upper floors too with beautiful sight all around. Kind and professional staff. No dislikes. Liked everything. Beller take rooms in upper floors. There are nice sight to Baku city. Elevators work ok.

We had a fantastic 7-night stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect – centrally situated, allowing us to explore the city on foot with ease. Our room was clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. One of the highlights of our stay was the delightful breakfast experience, thanks to the talented executive chef, Yuri. His culinary skills truly elevated our mornings, and his personalized touch made each breakfast a memorable one. We looked forward to starting our day with his delicious creations, which set a positive tone for the rest of our adventures. Overall, our experience at this hotel exceeded our expectations. The combination of its prime location, cleanliness, and the exceptional service provided by Chef Yuri made our stay truly enjoyable. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baku!

It is a good hotel. Nice location. Good and friendly people. They gave us a good room. We stayed for 6 days. Initial days wifi issue was there but we bought local sim card, so nothing much to worry. The hotel is very good. I recommended it. Next time when we come we will stay.

I stayed as part of a group tour but this hotel is fine the reception isn't impressive but the room is fairly roomy & well equipped. I knew the gym wasn't a large one & wanted to take a look but it's always locked, it would be a chore to fetch those keys. Especially as the lifts often go pst floors & I have spent easily 10 mins waiting for a lift on some occasions. Bfast was better than expected particularly the omelette. But at 735 every table was taken, despite only opening at 730. All the tour groups come here it seems

This hotel is very convenient. It is walking distance to the metro and there are many shops and restaurants near the hotel as well as a big supermarket. The room is spacious and the heater and hot water is good which is important in winter. Everything was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the breakfast spread. There were many varieties. Wifi was strong. Staffs who attended to us during our stay, Alexandra, Gulshan and Hosein were efficient and friendly, providing assistance and information when we needed and allowing us to keep our luggage at the hotel while we explored other parts of Azerbaijan before returning back to the hotel. When we had to checkout early on our last day to catch a flight, the staff had kindly prearranged to go breakfast for us to bring along and had also assisted us to book a cab to the airport. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and service.
