First of all the breakfast spread is very very limited.
Moreover people don’t speak English at all, it’s so difficult to communicate. Hotel of such nature needs to have more prompt people at reception.
Moreover this is not a proper hotel set up more of a service apartment system.
Reception services to be improved and looked upon.

Hotel is at the centre, walking distance to everything. Rooms are very spacious. Reception is rather slow. Breakfast not fancy, less than average. TV wasn’t working at my room, I notified reception but they didn’t do anything. My 4 day-visit was without TV:(

Stayed for a few nights and was impressed with this hotel..Reception was on the 19th floor with a pianist playing most evenings.Rooms are very spacious and cleaned every day.Water is complimentary and replaced every day as well..Fantastic bathroom on the 17 th floor..Breakfast was not the best but the waiter service was good including a great omelette..Most staff speak English..There is also tea/coffee facilities

So the check in was very smooth , the guy at reception Emin was really helpful, upgraded us to an apartment . The rooms were huge in size , location was decent , the down side was that the hotel is baiscally a business center not really a hotel entrance is like a office building and only two floors of hotel rooms and one floor for lobby and bar , really run down rooms and very average breakfast , the breakfast spread was very minimal .it didn’t give a luxury vibe and in my opinion this property should be rated as 3 star

Отличный отель в центре Баку. Прекрасный вид,тихо, чисто.Хорошие завтраки,прекрасный Спа,вежливый персонал.Замечательное соотношение цены и качества.Рекомендую особенно для людей желающих поддерживать физическую форму на отдыхе.

Отель неплохой! Расположение очень удачное недалеко набережная и множество достопримечательностей. В номере есть плита но при этом нет ни сковородки ни посуды, поэтому какой смысл в кухне не ясно. Номера большие, не сказала что сильно чисто. Открытый бассеин был закрыт на ремонт. Об этом я узнала по приезду, знала б раньше взяла б другой отель

Гостиница отличная. Расположение, уборка, виды из окна. Замечания к их кафе, где проходят завтраки, вечером можно поужинать.. К завтракам замечаний нет. Есть на выбор яичница глазунья, омлет, оладушки, есть красная рыба, сыры, свежий хлеб, сладкая выпечка. Всё вкусно. А вот ужин у нас прошёл с инцидентом. Пришли втроём, заказали еды на 170 манат, мама принесла пахлавы с собой, хотела попить чай с ней.. но нам строго на строго запретили это делать, агрессивно забрали со стола пахлаву и отнесли на бар, до тех пор, пока мы не закончим ужинать. Я понимаю правила есть правила, но осадок остался.. ладно бы мы пришли и заказали только чай и со своим сладким... Очень испортило впечатление от гостиницы в целом.

Всегда пишу правдиво! Про отель- хорошо и даже очень хорошо! Сначала жили в этом отеле, потом переехали в movenpik, ну, есть с чем сравнивать, жалею, что забронировали два отеля, а не остались здесь! Весь персонал приветливый, не смогли сразу поменять манаты, заселили без оплаты! Утром мы расплатились, когда заработали банки, спасибо огромное за такую гибкость, завтраки превосходные, часть есть на шведской линии и все очень свежее и еда качественная, недешевая, часть по меню нужно заказывать входит в стоимость завтрака, кофе очень вкусный, выпечка свежая, номер большой и чистый, дорогая сантехника, пол с подогревом, странно может показаться, что я это пишу, когда в августе в Азербайджане обычно больше 30, но ходить по холодному камню то еще удовольствие! Хороший спа, есть крытый бассейн и открытая терраса с джакузи и с лежаками, вода очень тёплая. Номер убирают хорошо и вовремя, дают много воды, не жадничают, и простая и газированная, это очень удобно, не нужно бегать и докупать. Спасибо большое за такие услуги! Я буду вас рекомендовать всем друзьям. Остались хорошие впечатления.
