Can't say much about this hotel as when we arrived to check in, they said they did not have rooms and transferred us to the hotel right across from theirs. This was done at 1130 in the evening when we arrived. Surprising as I was literally on WhatsApp messaging them that day and they never informed us.

The price/performance ratio is very high. The location is excellent. It is close to restaurants and attractions. It is next to the Hungarian and Italian embassies. There is no need to worry about safety. The only inconvenience is that online taxis cannot enter the old town, so you have to walk a distance with your suitcase.

This little hotel is perfectly situated in the old town of Baku, just 5 min walk away from The Twin Gates from where most guided tours meet up. Plenty of restaurants around as well. The hotel itself is a bit basic but clean and nice with everything you need from a place you most likely will use only to sleep and freshen up in. AC in the rooms, safe, mini-fridge, one bottle of free water every day and a nice breakfast which are set for just you every morning. Omelette, fruits, tea/coffee, bread and more to choose from. Staff is friendly and helpful and reception is manned 24H. They can arrange taxi transfer too from the airport. Then one thing might be a drawback is that there is no elevator and the hotel is 4 floors high with most of the rooms on level 2-4. I'd enjoyed my stay here. It's a well run place and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Very well managed cozy hotel, located in Old Town (center of the touristic zone) with brilliant balcony on the top floor having view to town and sea. Good quality and comfortable bed, moderate size room, well managed. Please note - no elevator in the hotel. Parking is a downside for the area.

At the desk : Roya MA in literary studies, Cavid student in computer sciences forming a dream team : eficient, friendly, helpful and simply put almost perfect. Very good organic food beautifully served. The hotel is, in my opinion, probably the best in the old city. One is luky to have a place !!!

I would highly recommend this hotel! - Hotel location is perfect: in the beautiful old town. Everything within Old town, Nizami street, Baku Promenade and Highland Park are within walking distance. Old city Metro station is near to the hotel in case we want to travel to attractions not within walking distance. - Room was big and clean, and I had a very comfortable stay and good sleep during my 3 nights in Baku. Heating was perfect and balcony was cute offering views to the Flame towers - Staff were lovely: Leyla, Javid, Yousef and one more (forgot the name) - Breakfast was sumptuous and filling. I always had a good start to the day thanks to the breakfast. Also, breakfast is served from 7:30 am unlike 8:00 am which I liked a lot - Leyla and the hotel staff also helped me book a day trip to Guba and Khinaliq in Caucasus Mountains which was amazing

A nice small hotel with good people, the reception will help you with everything, the manager is also attentive, asked if everything was okay, we checked in at 7 am, breakfast was beautifully served by a pleasant young man, I didn’t remember the names because it’s hard to remember names, the room had a balcony. It is important to have a very quiet street, unlike other streets in the old town. We slept with an open balcony. The rooms are spacious. Not luxury, but everything is good. Atmospheric. The location is good. Restaurants 2 minutes away. Thank you!!!
