First of all, look at this hotel on the online travel agent I've been so happy, honestly, I really like hotels with this concept because there are not many hotels with this concept, Although the area of the hotel is not so large, the atmosphere is arranged so it makes me feel very comfortable, I got a room on the second floor with a balcony to smoke and the wall has a large glass so we can enjoy the natural refreshment while lying in the This is the hotrl I've been looking for the most, honestly, I've been obsessed with the concept of city hotels, most of them, but this one is really different. I'll take another breath here next Friday and want to try swimming in his pool which he said is salt water, I love it

For the first time that im felt very uncomfortable staying at the hotel. First, when you arrived at the hotel, there is no parking lot for all the hotel customer, security only give you direction to park beside the hotel but you should find the parking lot by yourself, and when you want to use your car which is located deep inside parking lot, the security too lazy to help you getting your car out. The bed sheet is stinky and full of dirt. The room service doesnt wait for you to get to the elevator, instead they are going first and you as the hotel customer have to wait another elevator to arrived. Ah, the lobby and almost every corridor of the hotel is too dim.

Quite unique experience, if you are like us who planning to do prewedding photo shooting there I suggest I first ask the hotel which room suitable for that kind of activities, since there are some variation of rooms not listed in online description, I order mine at pegi-pegi apps and at first booked the pavilion suite (4 occupants) and then changed to pavilion type with only 2 occupants in which there is only one bedroom combined with kitchen and living room so quite wide (the 4 occupant have 2 separated bed rooms and one living room so quite cramped to do photoshooting), and there is also 3-occupants variety for pavilion suite. The rooms design is good and clean, receptionists were nice and helpful (I bothered them to help me look around looking for better room), lots of electrical sockets, and all eat and cook utensils are provided, plate-bowl-glass and knife-spoon-fork (although they charged 25k Rp for each portable gas canister). Oh one complain though, the hot water setting is too high and not hot at all lol, even though I place it on the middle. One bonus is its on walkable distance from a mall so you can do your shopping there.

The staff is very friendly, the food is delicious & there are lots of choices, but the smoking room doesn't have a view out so it feels like you're trapped, the room is spacious, the balcony is beautiful, the shower is really great to make you sad hahaha The only thing that makes it a bit unfortunate is that most of the interior plant decorations still use artificial (fake) plants, even the pools also use synthetic grass. Even though the concept of the hotel is good, classy, ​​luxurious, it's a bit eye-popping if it has that. Maybe the maintenance would be easy & cheap, but yes, in 4* hotels there is no budget for caring for native plants. Hopefully it can be corrected. I was lucky enough to be able to book a room in Ramada at last minute with my fiance, and it was quite a memmorable memmory for us. Thus, please let us give some comprehensive review about our stay. Reception We were greeted amazingly by the front office staff and especially the supevisor, I think it was Mr. Heri, whom accomodated our needs perfectly despite our late check in and requests. But they are all very helpful and accomodating. Room Not much to say really, since our room were in the perfect location and has a balcony which was very relaxing. Not to mention that it was just one step away from the restaurant, please put into consideration that they have a bit spread out villas so it was quite a walk to reach the restaurant. And right next to us was the dummy temple which really enhance the nuances of Solo as one of the cores of Javanese culture. Although the AC wasn't really cooling, but it was hardly a deal breaker since Solo still has a cool weather especially during the rainy season. Restaurant Dinner We had a chance to try the 'Buka Puasa' dinner buffet, since we came during the Ramadan which means that most of Indonesian were fasting and they have a kind of festivities for breaking their fast each evening. However it was quite a mess on this side. The F&B clearly wasn't ready to clear up the challenges againts bunch of hungry people. So there were a lot of missing items from the buffet, such as cutleries and ice cream which my fiance expected very much, hey, we're fasting too! Haha. And the service staff couldn't quite keep up with the pace of the masses. Although I need to mention that some of the staff, the one that wear a glasses, tried to helped us so much and gave us the best possible table during the circumstances. But overall, there are rooms for improvement. Breakfast This is quite amazing actually, considering that there was only one service guy in charge for the whole time. The vibe was quite, maybe because we were there during the off season haha, but he could take care almost all of our requests amazingly. Eventhough we did request a lot of things, including towells for swimming which wasn't ready at the poolside. It's just a shame that I forgot to ask his name so I can't write it here as a recommendation. Whoever you are, I'm sorry mas bro. Keep up the good work! Public facilities Ramada surprisingly has a bunch of facilities to enjoy for the guests. Started with bike which free to use within the hotel complex, although some of the bike seems quite worn out pehaps due to exposed to the rain, swimming pool, billiard table which I can't try yet maybe next time, and the amazing garden! Oh! And they also have a gymnastic for the guests and one more private pool next to it. Howeve this pool is quite lacking in maintenance compared to the main pool So maybe we could call in advance before using this one. I stay one night in this hotel when i travel to solo. Its clean but The room(standar room) is a bit small. I like how they design their rooms and with all the interiors on the hotel (especially at the restaurant). Overall, i have a good experience and will consider to come back.
