Faucet system was hard to operate- it took engineer over 30 minutes to come to room in order to shower. Would be nice if instructions were possible for faucet mechanisms. Service was unacceptable with over 30 minutes to get some help sent to our room. Fire alarm went off twice while we were staying there. Card key and digital card keys did not work. Our reservation was declined- no notice of letting us know. Also did not give us the breakfast option. Astronomical amount of money for breakfast and dinner at the hotel- when the food is terrible. Shows up cold and small portions. will not be staying there when our schools have to come into town for cheer competitions ever again.

Had some issues with the first room, but staff quickly offered another that was great. Very much appreciated the helpful, friendly staff. Beds were comfortable, great WiFi, room was very large.

I would give the property a five but I wanted room service and could not do this because the phone was not programmed. My husband was told we could call the front desk but we could not do that as well. Recently diagnosed with cancer, I wanted this to be very nice stay for my husband. Also could not check out via tv. The room itself was very nice except there was chewing gum at the end of one of the end table. The price of $179 is too much to pay for a room when your needs are not fully met!

The property is amazing. Updated,clean, relaxing. We especially enjoyed watching a game in the restaurant. Nic was our server and he just made the whole night enjoyable.
We look forward to returning.
