This hotel is located in the perfect location to access the freeway, very convenient. Hotel is definitely one of the cleaner hotels I’ve ever been to, it seems as though they do take pride in everything that they do. They have a wonderful breakfast with plenty of choices and options. And my little one especially loves the indoor swimming pool

Was an okay hotel. Really loud could hear people running up and down the hallway. For one night it was fine but I wouldn't stay longer then that.

Room was nice and clean. Very spacious and updated.

Overall it's OK and clean, but the soundproofing is very poor. People with poor sleep quality need to bring earplugs.

Unfortunately the new staff was rude, uninviting, and just not a good front staff for dealing with customers.

This was a great place to stay with my 2 Friends. They had two beds and a separate area with a couch, which was great to hang out and chat. The staff was amazing and the breakfast was great. There’s no reason to look for breakfast when they have waffles, any type of bread you want, eggs and sausage. I will be going back. Especially after they do renovations this year. We will be using this place anytime we come to Bakersfield.

We had a pleasant stay. The property was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurants and breweries are within a short walk or drive. Breakfast was simple but satisfying.

Hotel staff was professional and courteous. Breakfast was hearty and fairly good quality. Easy access from freeway without the noise.

The check in process was easy, and the breakfast is very good. Unfortunately, the room the couch has stains. The cooler unit in the room leaked water making the carpet area in front wet. In the bathroom above the tub had mildew in the area closed to the wall. It also had small pairs of holes on the ceiling near the mildew and following along the ceiling close to the wall. We stayed on the first floor, and could hear every step of the person staying above us. At 1am this person was the most active, unfortunately for me I am a light sleeper and had a hard time going back to sleep after this. There are many choices of hotels in the general area where SpingHill Suites is located. We will probably chose a different hotel next time.

This location was close from everything and their staff was professional and courteous. I’ll look forward to staying there again when I am in the area.

Fast check in. Clean room. The only negative is the ac in the gym is too warm.

Stayed here for three nights around the holidays and it was a very nice hotel! Only complaint was there was a spot on our comforter (coffee stain) but was changed once we informed the front desk.

Hotel staff is amazing! Breakfast great with a good variety and above all very clean.
