Positives: 1) Spacious rooms 2) Good, comfortable beds 3) Toilet and shower very good 4) Living area nice 5) Balcony lovely 6) Lovely beach 7) Good pool 8) Good pool temperature 9) Cleaning service great 10) Great wifi 11) Good furtniture 12) Good storage space 13) Breakfast selection great 14) Keys for doors easy to use 15) Spare key given by reception if locked out 16) Enough well placed sockets for chargers 17) Life guards very nice 18) Easy to book taxis 19) Bar and clean water at beach 20) Good beach umbrellas and sunbeds 21) Offering of toys for free at beach Negatives: 1) No conditioner 2) Hairdryer temperamental 3) Very expensive mini fridge with about €6 a coke 4) Hotel does not offer shaving kits or toothpaste 5) Hotel resturant very expensive 6) Some members of staff did not speak english (which is not great as a majority of people their were british) 7) Lift needs updating and its sensor around the doors is outdated and does not work 8) Staff slow at breakfast occasionally 9) Parts of hotel seem a little oudated such as the clear divide between doors towards the end of first and second floors 10) Wasp issue at breakfast which could be minimised if doors were kept shut 11) No spa 12) No night room service To conclude, it is a very nice hotel if you are looking to relax and be by the beach however, there are still some things that seperate this hotel from a five star and other competitors which can easily be resolved such as placing conditioner and having faster staff. Overall, I would return again and reccomend

Hotel La Bisaccia is a find. It was magical in so many ways. You will not be disappointed. The hotel and staff are lovely.
