服務態度很好，就是環境差，隔音效果不好，大晚上客人聲音大，大清早有人大聲説話，廁所洗手盆沒有水，洗臉接沐浴龍頭的水，床上的天花板是黑的，頭天晚上沒有注意，第二天睜眼看見一大片黑的壓在頭頂，嘿了一大跳，還有就是沒有提供喝的水。

1 房間隔音非常非常差，外面開關門的聲音就跟在耳邊一樣，隔壁房間拔插頭都聽得很清楚！
2 房間廁所下水道反味，開着廁所整個房間都是下水道味，淋浴噴頭有破損，洗手枱也很臟，廁所門把手是壞的
3 走廊特別吵，八九點了老闆家小孩一直在尖叫、打籃球
4洗着洗着沒熱水了，過了一會兒又有了
來了白玉兩次了，兩次酒店都踩雷！以後再也不在白玉住了

房間非常的乾淨，非常的整潔，老闆娘非常熱情服務態度非常的好，停車很方便，出入非常方便就在路邊，熱水很充足。

酒店門口好停車，旁邊就有吃飯的地方，周邊購物也很方便。老闆服務熱情周到，幫助將行李送到房間，晩上也很安靜。

前台在二樓，沒有電梯，不過不管你住在三樓還是四樓，辦了入住都有服務員幫忙把行李擰到房間。酒店開業比較久了，設施設備略顯陳舊。老闆娘非常熱心，空調製熱效果不佳。希望老闆娘可以加大投入重新裝修一下。樓下有一家成都飯店，味道還可以，就是那個自動門壞了不是打不開就是關不上，風吹到冷得很。
