賓館在平川汽車站對面，距離中恆超市也不遠，房間設施齊全，環境也不錯。停車場在賓館後面院子裏，就是辦理入住時沒告知車的事，出不去時又回到前台添加車輛訊息才能出去。

酒店很好環境衞生都不錯，靠近河邊的位置更好，出行方便，酒店樓下地下停車場免費，萬達瑞華旁邊，房型也好值得推薦

熱水需要放好久才出來，設備大多數是壞的，進門還要抬一下門，門都快掉了，都一樣的價格，要的是好點的體驗，花170的錢住個招待所，真的心裏不舒服。現在愛尚，如意，**裝修，沒必要花這個錢去這破地方。
