首先前台:空調用不了，訂房以後沒人通知，兩個多小時到店了辦理入住告訴你空調用不了。
其次按金:人家就是這麼規定的，必須要交按金，還要交200，文華酒店也不用交按金吧。
環境差勁到極致，漏水地方牆皮翹，盆子接水，隔音效果差勁，樓道有人打電話就像在旁邊一樣。
而且態度還一點賓至如歸都沒有的。真心地不想給差評，都是為了生存，但是糟糕的實在忍不了。

這家房子還可以，時間久了沒裝修，部分設施老化嚴重，尤其是空調，地理位置也好 價格合適，出差的理想酒店。

酒店位置距離步行街不算太遠，周邊餐飲比較多，酒店的環境很好，温度適宜，冬天入住也很舒適，第二次入住了，給個好評。

衞生條件很差，進到房間一股異味，開窗散了一下午也沒有緩解，地毯到處是污漬，空調也是壞的，馬桶上也有明顯黃漬

屋子沒有熱水，垃圾的一批，不過可以看到日落，屋子裡還算乾淨，就是沒有熱水，洗臉都沒有熱水啊，希望店家可以改善一下

停車方便，空調、電視、wifi好使，水挺熱，性價比挺高，出差、旅行推薦。就是酒店有些舊了，另外衞生條件一般。

設施：差，水沒有送的，也沒有過濾自來水的設備
牙刷吊毛，馬桶一次性的還要收費，手指紙就一小卷，房間燈不明亮，沒有早餐，衞生間的地板不防滑，很容易滑倒，沒有無線網絡，衞生間沒有換氣扇，總的來説差
衞生：打掃的還乾淨
環境：不是太方便
