I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Park Hyatt Ski Resort in Changbaishan, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my check-in process was smooth and pleasant. Their friendliness and attentiveness made me feel right at home. Throughout my stay, the staff remained incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any request, whether it was recommendations for local dining or arranging transportation. The accommodations were nothing short of luxurious. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities truly reflects the high standards of the Park Hyatt brand. The resort’s facilities were also impressive, with a fantastic outside hot spring in the snow that provided a perfect retreat after a long day on the slopes. The dining options were delightful, featuring a range of delicious cuisine that catered to all tastes. Each meal was a culinary delight, and the service was impeccable. Another highlight was the ski access; the location is ideal for both beginners and experienced skiers. The staff at the ski resort provided excellent guidance and support, making it easy to enjoy the slopes. Overall, my stay at the Park Hyatt Ski Resort in Changbaishan was nothing short of magical. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable getaway in the mountains. I can’t wait to return!

This is a fantastic hotel to stay at whilst skiing in Changbaishan. With it’s own ski hire desk and the cost of hire and you ski pass included in the rate (this is not well advertised), all you need to do is grab your gear and take a few steps out to the lifts. The hotel itself is huge and the rooms well presented. There are good food options in the hotel and the small town, just outside the door, has a good few more. The breakfast buffet was really good with a wide choice for everyone. We did not sample the restaurants in the hotel though. Only small let down was the slight end of season feel when we were there. We had club access but there was a reluctance to keep restocking the beer and wine as it was used up. Not the end of the world but it was frustrating when there was a group of us wanting to enjoy a few apres-ski drinks. There is also an outdoor pool which was lacking in heat on a couple of occasions, not sure if this was because they perceived it was quiet and not being regularly used. These were relatively minor grips though. The staff were very friendly and helpful and all in all would be very happy to return.

The room is very nice. The bedside and some corners are clean and dust-free. The carpet is a little dirty but acceptable. It is recommended to remove the carpet to make it look cleaner. The facilities are a little old. The air conditioner is not cold enough and the hair dryer is a little broken. It would be better if it could be improved. However, it is understandable that the hotel has been around for so many years. In addition, there is only one set of shower gel and shampoo for two people staying in the hotel, which is not enough. Fortunately, the customer service attitude is very good. It was delivered immediately after the telephone communication. It is very humane. The breakfast is very good and nutritionally balanced. I will come again for business trips in the future.

We stayed at the Westin for four nights this time and did not change hotels because we spent three days skiing. Every morning, we caught the earliest assistant. The Westin has its own snow house. The assistants arrived early, helped us put on our equipment, and took us on the magic carpet, which was very convenient. After a day of skiing, we walked up and left the hustle and bustle of the town. It was great to enjoy the quiet snow scenery halfway up the mountain. The concierge Xiao Xing was very considerate. From the first day of our stay, he helped us apply for a snow card, reminded us of the places to eat, drink and have fun in the resort, and the hotel shuttle bus schedule. He was very patient and would reply immediately if we had any questions. He gave us 5-star praise, which was great!

First of all, I must explain that I give Changbaishan clubmed⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ There must be my personal subjective factors. After all, no hotel can satisfy everyone 100%. But I really had a very pleasant 4 days and 3 nights in Changbaishan clubmed this time. A beautiful mood can always make up for some small regrets😃 At noon on November 19, we arrived at Changbaishan Airport smoothly, booked a pick-up service, and arrived at the hotel in about 35 minutes. That day was the second day of the village opening. There were not many guests. The GOs were very enthusiastic. There were staff members before entering the door. One helped us with the luggage and a little girl helped us with the children. We took a short rest on the sofa in the lobby and waited for Clara at the front desk to help us check in. During the period, we met the village chief Janly (definitely a treasure girl!), who greeted us enthusiastically when we met for the first time and had a pleasant chat. It was almost one o'clock in the afternoon. We were afraid that we and the children would be hungry, so we were asked to hurry upstairs to eat. Tianchi Restaurant is the main restaurant here, located on the third floor of the hotel. This restaurant is amazing! It's not about how amazing the food is or how expensive the ingredients are. The amazing thing is that in just a few days, I almost got to know the entire catering team. During the few days I was here, because there were not many guests in the new village, our family could almost be ”useless people” in the restaurant. Whatever you want to eat, drink, or take, just tell Alen and it will be delivered directly to your mouth. The service is very thoughtful and meticulous. There are also GOs from various departments to eat with us and take this and that for us. The 20th was my daughter's fourth birthday. Lee (a treasure boy who can change his face in Sichuan opera) led 20 to 30 people to celebrate my daughter's birthday in the restaurant. It was embarrassing for our family of three. Hahahaha, the atmosphere of the whole restaurant was driven. Chef Dong made my daughter's favorite strawberry cake. She shared the cake with other children, and other children also gave her marshmallows and ice cream to wish her a happy birthday🎂 In addition to the full sense of ceremony, the restaurant also offers many Northeastern specialties. My favorite is the rice pudding in Figure 7 (I will feel bad if anyone has not eaten this rice pudding!) It is really the most suitable dessert for my taste in 30 years! ! ! Northeastern pickled vegetables, pig-killing dishes, tiger dishes, iron pot stew, pot-wrapped pork, spicy hot pot... There are surprises every day, which makes me ski during the day and dance at night. With such a large amount of exercise, I successfully gained 5 kilograms in 4 days! Starting from Sarvana in Mini Club, Mei, Vivian, Daisy, Winnie and a group of young ladies (and a little brother Xiaohei) are simply angels for children and saviors for parents. It is absolutely safe and worry-free to leave the children to them. Parents can drink in Baihe Bar. We were a little nervous on the first day. From the second day, we started with 2 cups per meal and 3-4 kinds of wine a day. It was a basic operation. Every day when I opened my eyes, I went to see Steve Owen kuakua shaker. On the afternoon of the first day of stay, remember to go to the ski equipment hall in advance to choose the right snowshoes and adjust the snowboards. You can ski directly the next day to save time! Guests staying in Clubmed have a separate hall for renting snow suits/shoes/snowboards, and do not need to mix with guests from other hotels. Compared with the public ski equipment rental hall next to it, the ski equipment in Clubmed is cleaner, newer, and of better quality, and basically all from Salomon! (Please prepare your own clothes, pants, helmets, masks and protective gears. Only professional equipment such as snowshoes, snowboards and snow poles are rented here.) There are hot tea, fruits and snacks in the lobby for everyone to replenish! Our coach on the first day of the Beginner course was Lina, who was very patient and taught from the beginning of the equipment installation. Even a newbie like me who has never skied before doesn't have to worry. Later, there will be professional coaches (Hugh, Michael, Kevin) to guide us. Everyone is very patient and feels safe! There are also some friends like LynnEric. Everyone really doesn't treat us as outsiders, hahahahahahaha. In short, thank you to all the staff of Changbaishan Club Med, you have worked hard.
