I had an excellent experience at Swissotel and would like to commend the staff for their outstanding service. Checking in late at night, 刘基扬, 王国琪, 刘畅, 金学哲, and 段冰宇 went above and beyond, insisting on carrying our luggage and escorting us to our room. The responsiveness via WeChat at all hours was impressive. Any issues we raised, with these 5 staffs that we encountered were promptly addressed, and resolutions were provided without delay. The breakfast offerings were comprehensive, featuring both Western and Chinese cuisine; however, it would be helpful to have forks, spoons, and water readily available. Despite the demagnetization issue with the key card, the staff, especially 刘基扬 and 王国琪, responded instantly to our messages and ensured a swift resolution. Overall, our stay was marked by exceptional service, and I want to extend special thanks to 刘基扬, 王国琪, 刘畅, 金学哲, and 段冰宇 for their commendable efforts. 在瑞士鲁能酒店的入住体验非常好，工作人员的服务很称职。在深夜与外国护照办理入住手续时，刘基扬、王国琪、刘畅、金学哲和段冰宇非常友善，并坚持帮我们搬运行李并护送我们到房间。我们没有国内手机号，他们还主动加了微信以保持更容易的沟通。高效响应令人印象深刻。我们提出的任何问题，都得到了及时回复与解决。包括在大半夜，有多需要的刘基扬和王国琪也及时送到我们房间里，其他三位也很及时的替我们我们与相关人士联系。 酒店早餐选择丰富，中西式都有，如果能提供叉子、勺子和水的话会更完美。尽管房卡经常问题，但我遇到的那些工作人员，都能确保问题迅速解决。总的来说，体验到了瑞士鲁能出色的服务，得特别感谢刘基扬、王国琪、刘畅、金学哲和段冰宇。让我对这个酒店和中国人的印象十分好。

It was a great experience to stay at Jinhua Hotel. The room was clean and tidy. The lady at the front desk, Bao Jing, was very considerate. She had a perfect smile and answered all our questions. She gave us a view of the Wanda Ski Resort from the window on the high floor and also gave us skin care products for après skiing. There are also fruits to eat, which is great ~ Jinhua is only a 2-minute walk from the ski resort and the pedestrian street is also close. The hotel's breakfast is rich and delicious😊 It's a very good experience. If you plan to come to Wanda, I highly recommend Jinhua Hua Resort Hotel~praise Miss Bao Jing again~

Resort was crowded & Hotel is kind of old, bed not that comfortable but the housekeeping team did a good job. Room was clean & 保洁阿姨very generous with the bottle water. Thank you so much. Front desk reception Vito 小弟very helpful & friendly. Patiently helped me to call up & arrange for me to go to the restaurant I want to go. I couldn’t call my 出租车师傅from room & Vito immediately call him for me & even helped me to add 微信. Breakfast was average. But the western food restaurant at hotel level 1 was not bad. The minus point was, very difficult in fact not possible to use hotel wifi if you do not have 微信. My children were very upset over this because this is the first time they cannot direct connect wifi in a 4-5 star hotel. Restaurants inside the resort nothing great & not cheap. Preferred to take taxi to go outside to eat. Tip:- try calling restaurants that were less than 2km away. Most of the time they can send their driver to pick you up to their restaurant & send you back after that.

The quality of the front desk clerk at Su Yasserli is too rubbish. I booked 2 rooms on the 17th to the 31st. One of them checked out on the 29th. I consulted the front desk. She said that she hung up in another account. She waited for the 31st to refund together. When I checked out on the 31st, I said that I booked on Trip.com and needed me to refund on Trip.com. You can see Changbai Mountain from the mountain view room. The water temperature in the Internet celebrity bathing pool is very warm. It feels good to soak in the hot spring in the snow (but this hot spring is not natural) Facilities: The bath water is relatively small, and the hottest setting is not very hot; the toilet does not have electric heating, which is quite old for a hotel of this level, and there was some odor in the toilet when I checked in. I had to wake up the next day. The room was a bit smelly. I really recommend that the hotel upgrade the toilet so that guests can have a better stay experience. The breakfast options are quite rich, and many snacks and staple foods are sugar-free, which is very satisfying.

Clubmed is the first and second most convenient hotel in Huamei Resort to go to the ski resort. There is a very frequent shuttle bus to its own ski hall. The ski ticket is included in the room fee, but the ski equipment including helmets, snowboards, and snowshoes are separate. There is a fee, which I knew before I went there, and there is no deception. For ski novices, Clubmed has its own ski hall, and the rental ski equipment is stored according to room number, which is very convenient for use in the next few days. Wild World cannot do this. They rent it on the same day and return it on the same day. Their price is half the price. It just depends on what you need during your vacation. Three meals a day are included, and the taste and variety are pretty good. The main thing is convenience. You don’t have to go to where to eat when it’s time. You can rest or continue skiing after eating. The only thing I have to say is that the dishes are collected too frequently. , you can put a buffer sign on the table.
