The only reason I chose this hotel is that they can help me book tickets and it is close to the entrance of Changbai Mountain (but I didn't expect it to be so close, probably less than 100 meters, it feels like I can see this pointed ticket gate after walking two steps)
It is indeed a bit inconvenient to go out to other attractions, but we are mainly here to go to Tianchi so it's okay.
The room environment is better than I expected, quite clean, and similar to the style of Beipo Lanjing
And the front desk service is very enthusiastic, especially a sister with round eyes who really tries to meet our needs as much as possible. We didn't bring a hot pack and couldn't find the store, and she also helped us find a colleague.

GGuest UserI found this hotel by myself. I was attracted by the big kang in Northeast China and the classic big flowered jacket. I thought I could try a hotel of different styles when I traveled to Changbai Mountain. I brought my baby to experience the feeling of sleeping on the kang. I thought that the suite for 4 people would have at least 2 toilets and two bedrooms, but I found that there was only one toilet. The shower was electrically heated. After taking a shower for 30 minutes, I had to wait for 20 minutes before the next person could take a shower. It was really a bit depressing. It took a long time to take a shower at night. I hope that the hotel can be more considerate and at least equip the 4-person room with 2 toilets. The hotel is good in other aspects. You can try the feeling of sleeping on the kang!

It is the best hotel I have ever stayed in! Highly recommended! I saw other people's comments saying it was very cold before, but we stayed for three nights in a row, and it was not cold at all, and even felt a little hot. We even opened the window to sleep at night.

The amenities is share basic for the onsen need to be pay services charge for the towel, kids above 140 subject adult surcharge! Hidden cost compare to other hotel which we stay before. Most important is the bus shuttle provided is so limited seat and time slot!! And the service guy *** introduce us go outside hotel service such as dining in the ice room. Unhappy things happen the meat we order cannot been cook after boil more than 5 to 10min even 20min! And so many amenities which hotel have the best he told us hotel food taste average!!! The management still look into this staff!

GGuest Usera very local experience in a village's homestay right outside the ski resort. a good chance to experience central woodfire heating, local-style bedding, and the famous Northeastern hospitality at an affordable price! if you're looking for a night or two outside the city, this place will be good for you. the owner was nice enough to send us off to the ski resort for us to check-in to our other hotel when we checked-out here! although it might be useful to note that English will be non-existent for foreigners so come prepared with google translate and you'll be fine!

XXiaozhuheshuiVery, very good hotel. We were lucky to have heavy snow during the off-season. Changbai Mountain is a relatively underestimated attraction, but the scenery is really beautiful.
Thank you to Ms. Coco for her patient and enthusiastic service. She upgraded the floor and room with the best scenery for us and helped us meet our travel needs. Thank you very much. I have stayed in various hotels all year round and haven't met such a good staff for a long time.
The MGallery Hotel is picturesque, overlooking Changbai Mountain, as if it is a secret place on earth, beautiful and indescribable, romantic during the day and at night.
The breakfast during the stay was also delicious and very satisfying. The hotel is one of the filming locations of ”The World”, which is introduced in the lobby. The overall environment of the hotel is impeccable, especially clean and hygienic, and the relaxation of the holiday is full. In short, it deserves full marks.
Finally, I would like to make a small suggestion. Each room has an outdoor balcony. What if a small seat is added on the balcony? Will it enhance the experience? This is a personal suggestion for the reference of the hotel management only.

Yyuml79The stay was very satisfactory. The location of Sheraton Hotel is relatively quiet, but it is not far from the town by foot. The air is good and it is nice to walk around. Special thanks to Xiaohui from the concierge department and Xiaochen, the manager. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, they took the initiative to greet me and introduced the various services provided by the hotel. They also added WeChat, reminded me of various precautions, and upgraded me to the executive floor.
Take the cable car to the top of the mountain, and you can also take pictures of the distant view of Changbai Mountain. Play the slide, which is super exciting.
