Hotels in Baishan with Swimming Pools

A great experience to start with Park Hyatt Changbaishan prior to winter season. The room was delicates and They keep replenishing water and keep you hydrated. Many thanks for Charles who communicated and arrange shuttle, share tips here for us before the journey, due to language barrier, we were really concerned about it, the check in service of Linda was very considered. She provided us the activity package and we have been enjoy it for those day. Winni was kind enough to meet our needs. But the facilities was old so it needs lots of maintenance works on it. Last but not the least. Thank you all for the hospitality service and make our journey feel like home

This is a fantastic hotel to stay at whilst skiing in Changbaishan. With it’s own ski hire desk and the cost of hire and you ski pass included in the rate (this is not well advertised), all you need to do is grab your gear and take a few steps out to the lifts. The hotel itself is huge and the rooms well presented. There are good food options in the hotel and the small town, just outside the door, has a good few more. The breakfast buffet was really good with a wide choice for everyone. We did not sample the restaurants in the hotel though. Only small let down was the slight end of season feel when we were there. We had club access but there was a reluctance to keep restocking the beer and wine as it was used up. Not the end of the world but it was frustrating when there was a group of us wanting to enjoy a few apres-ski drinks. There is also an outdoor pool which was lacking in heat on a couple of occasions, not sure if this was because they perceived it was quiet and not being regularly used. These were relatively minor grips though. The staff were very friendly and helpful and all in all would be very happy to return.

It was a great experience to stay at Jinhua Hotel. The room was clean and tidy. The lady at the front desk, Bao Jing, was very considerate. She had a perfect smile and answered all our questions. She gave us a view of the Wanda Ski Resort from the window on the high floor and also gave us skin care products for après skiing. There are also fruits to eat, which is great ~ Jinhua is only a 2-minute walk from the ski resort and the pedestrian street is also close. The hotel's breakfast is rich and delicious😊 It's a very good experience. If you plan to come to Wanda, I highly recommend Jinhua Hua Resort Hotel~praise Miss Bao Jing again~

Just stayed in Westin changbai for a few nights. it's my first time to visit changbai mountain and almost my first time to the Northeast part of china. no idea how to plan the trip to tianchi and other tourist attraction places, and no idea how to arrange the local restaurants etc felt so blessed that Westin staff guide me so much! say taxi, say local food with discount. I even can call them for help when we were in the mountain! especially I would give thanks to **铭and 许悦!

we are a foreign family travels for 2 days in this hotel. this is very nice hotel with Lucia’s great & kind service for us. we really appreciate this hotel’s living condition and would love to live in here next time when we come to travel again. 我们是一家外籍家庭，2天度假期间在本酒店入住。酒店前台Lucia为我们提供了优质友好的服务，我们非常喜欢这家酒店的住宿。下次来旅行时，我们仍倾向于选择这家酒店入住。

I will not recommend to friends and family to come again! When I needed to take a shower at night, the water suddenly stopped. The whole building was without water. The toilet didn't work well and I couldn't wash myself in the shower. The answer given by the service staff was that the hot spring downstairs released water, resulting in insufficient water pressure on the floor... (Ask a question here. , is the hot spring water not a real hot spring, but hot water added by yourself? If not, why do you need to use the hot water in the guest room?) The waiter said that it would be enough in ten minutes, but after waiting for a full hour, I could not take a shower or go to the toilet, it was too collapsed! The water finally came and it was time to take a shower. The sewers were not working well. Even after taking a shower, the water flooded the mountains... Oh my God, the TV was not working either. It had been a long time since I watched Snowflake TV. I really experienced it in this hotel... Breakfast: The hotel includes four adults and one child. We have two adults and three children. The waiter said that we must charge an additional 28 yuan breakfast coupon for one of our children. I was really speechless and said that it was a coupon for the four of us (I just want to know if we want to calculate it, then we Should two large and three primary schools refund the children first and then replenish the coupons?) 4 large and 1 small hot springs: I felt the smell was bad when I walked to the door, so I didn’t try the hot springs.

Quite a nice hotel! As a senior travel enthusiast, his hotel is very cost-effective, especially for those who like to soak in hot springs. Needless to say, outdoor hot springs, you can soak in the hot springs while watching the snow scene, which is very refreshing! The indoor hot spring is not like a large pool in other places where you can see everything at a glance. In addition to the large pool and the children's area, the other small pools are designed to be quite hidden, so you don't feel disturbed, which is really good! The breakfast is very rich and the waiters are very friendly. The hotel's own restaurant is quite satisfactory. I had three meals in three days. The price is similar to that outside and the taste is good. I recommend it to my friends.

Resort was crowded & Hotel is kind of old, bed not that comfortable but the housekeeping team did a good job. Room was clean & 保洁阿姨very generous with the bottle water. Thank you so much. Front desk reception Vito 小弟very helpful & friendly. Patiently helped me to call up & arrange for me to go to the restaurant I want to go. I couldn’t call my 出租车师傅from room & Vito immediately call him for me & even helped me to add 微信. Breakfast was average. But the western food restaurant at hotel level 1 was not bad. The minus point was, very difficult in fact not possible to use hotel wifi if you do not have 微信. My children were very upset over this because this is the first time they cannot direct connect wifi in a 4-5 star hotel. Restaurants inside the resort nothing great & not cheap. Preferred to take taxi to go outside to eat. Tip:- try calling restaurants that were less than 2km away. Most of the time they can send their driver to pick you up to their restaurant & send you back after that.

Checking in on the last day of the National Day holiday, the room rate is much cheaper than the previous day. The highlight is the smart toilet, which is high-end. Others are generally the same, especially the toiletries. I am not satisfied... The selling point is of course the opposite Tianmu Hot Spring, this is still very satisfactory, Played for three hours, especially Gaochun Hot Spring, it is really good. Even the toiletries in the room and the hot spring bath room are cheaply added brands, then the grade does not match the room rate, I hope the hotel will improve it. Since the National Day holiday is over, the hotel's original buffet breakfast is also changed to deliver food to the room. I didn't expect much and understood the hotel's practice of not wanting to waste food, but I was really surprised. The waiter delivered the meal to the room on time, and it was very rich, full of cars, the milk was still warm, the service was very intimate, and the explanation was not enough to eat. This amount is more than we went to the scene to eat. We didn't finish it and took it away to the high-speed service area for lunch. It is a bit of a fee box, not environmentally friendly enough, they are all sent according to two people. In fact, some can be packed in a lunch box, such as sweet potatoes, two pieces are packed together to explain to the guests that they are two people and understand. To support environmental protection ～ Maybe we Cantonese people are not used to eating too salty dishes there. The cold kelp silk and beans are a bit too salty. I hope the hotel can put less salt. We really couldn't eat it in the end, and we finished it after washing it with water...
