This is a fantastic hotel to stay at whilst skiing in Changbaishan. With it’s own ski hire desk and the cost of hire and you ski pass included in the rate (this is not well advertised), all you need to do is grab your gear and take a few steps out to the lifts. The hotel itself is huge and the rooms well presented. There are good food options in the hotel and the small town, just outside the door, has a good few more. The breakfast buffet was really good with a wide choice for everyone. We did not sample the restaurants in the hotel though. Only small let down was the slight end of season feel when we were there. We had club access but there was a reluctance to keep restocking the beer and wine as it was used up. Not the end of the world but it was frustrating when there was a group of us wanting to enjoy a few apres-ski drinks. There is also an outdoor pool which was lacking in heat on a couple of occasions, not sure if this was because they perceived it was quiet and not being regularly used. These were relatively minor grips though. The staff were very friendly and helpful and all in all would be very happy to return.

Environmental hygiene: The bedding is very soft, two kinds of pillows are prepared, and the room is also very clean. You can see the mountains in the distance from the window, and there are forests around. The red leaves in autumn are very beautiful, and we picked up a lot of them. Service: The front desk staff checked in very smoothly and patiently explained how to apply and how to claim the benefits. Maybe it was because of October 1st, there were a lot of people in the hot spring. The service in the restaurant is also very good, and there are pancakes, noodles, snacks and fruits. Supporting facilities: There is a children's playground in the hotel, as well as a swimming pool and a sand pool. Ann Lv, a staff member of the health and fitness center, provided particularly good service and folded balloon toys for the children by hand. She also gave us some bookmarks that can be used to clip leaf specimens. There is a carousel outdoors. Overall, it is a good parent-child hotel. Suitable for children to play.

The room is very nice. The bedside and some corners are clean and dust-free. The carpet is a little dirty but acceptable. It is recommended to remove the carpet to make it look cleaner. The facilities are a little old. The air conditioner is not cold enough and the hair dryer is a little broken. It would be better if it could be improved. However, it is understandable that the hotel has been around for so many years. In addition, there is only one set of shower gel and shampoo for two people staying in the hotel, which is not enough. Fortunately, the customer service attitude is very good. It was delivered immediately after the telephone communication. It is very humane. The breakfast is very good and nutritionally balanced. I will come again for business trips in the future.

I arrived at Changbai Mountain at 6 pm. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, the waiter warmly welcomed me. Seeing that I brought two children and was a member, they directly upgraded me to a parent-child suite. The room picture is exactly the same as the display, spacious and clean. The hot spring is open from 1:00 in the afternoon to 8:30 in the evening. The third floor is the Internet celebrity hot spring and infinity swimming pool. Very impressive. Before check-in, we confirmed whether we would pick you up from the airport. All the staff were very enthusiastic. Owen took the initiative to add WeChat to introduce the resort activities, contact the restaurant, and deliver the luggage to the room. The scenery of the hotel is beautiful, and Changbai Mountain can be seen from all rooms and public areas. Checked in at 9:30, before the National Day. I wanted to arrive before the crowds arrived, but it rained a little, from check-in to check-out. Fortunately, the resort itself has a beautiful environment and many supporting activities so it is not boring. Manager Liu was enthusiastic to receive us, explained the rights and precautions very carefully, comprehensively and professionally, and handled the consultations in a timely manner. The hotel is very clean and hygienic, and the gym has a table tennis room and a cricket room, which is very interesting! The breakfast is rich and the front desk staff are also very polite. Traveling alone with my daughter, Changbaishan Clubmed is really a very cost-effective choice. There is a special butler SWAMI to connect with, and the latest activities are often sent for reference. MEI of the mini club takes good care of the children, and the full care of the EDNA manager makes the 4-day and 3-night journey extremely warm and down-to-earth. The hotel has a beautiful environment, with an open forest view outside the window, and a small ski resort not far away.
