2. The room was not cleaned well when the front desk checked in, so I went to apply for a ski card first, but the small check-in form required for the review was not given to me. I ran back and forth, which is not good.

6. There was a bottle of mineral water left by the previous guest under the bedside table near the balcony. I found it when I was sitting on a chair and turned on the night light at night. The glass of the root carving layer was full of dust. It must have not been wiped for several days
7. The safe worked well on the first day, but it didn't light up on the second day. I called the front desk and waited for 20 minutes in the morning, but no one came. It almost affected my door. I called again in the evening and waited for 30 minutes. The technician came to replace the battery. It worked well at that time, but it didn't light up again after a while. I guess it was a contact problem. I could only lock my valuables in the box every time. It's not good.
8. Night bed service. When I came back on the first day, I found that the curtains were drawn and two bottles of water and two cups were placed. The tea bags were not replenished and the quilt was not made. The night bed service was lonely. The next day, I asked to leave water. On the third day, I happened to be in the room and saw the waiter repeating the steps while doing it. It seems that she knew it but just didn't do it.
9. Most staff members will not take the initiative to greet, except for the housekeeping manager and breakfast, but the breakfast staff will give the wrong coffee, and ask for Americano to get latte. Usually, there is milk on the table directly on the Americano, but there is no milk here.
The breakfast yogurt is in the cabinet and needs to be taken by the service staff. When you go to the yogurt lady, you have to confirm twice whether you want this. The open one is better.
10. The signs are not clear. There is no room number sign from the lobby upstairs. It took a long time to find the snow house and the back door exit of the commercial street on B1. Every time I came to a fork, I didn't know which way to go, so I had to rely on the approximate direction. I got it wrong several times.
