Ctrip's flash stay service didn't waive the deposit, but collected my deposit. Ctrip said check-out was at 15:00, but the front desk said it was at 14:00. I came back to sleep at 12:00 at night and found that the hygiene was not good. There were two pillows, and the bottom pillow had three stains. Did the cleaning lady not see it? She must have seen it, otherwise why would she put the dirty pillow at the bottom and the clean one on top? Even if she saw it, she didn't change it, just to deal with the room inspection? The accommodation is clean and the room is clean. One big drawback is that the bathroom door is not sealed from top to bottom, so it is only suitable for one person. We are a family of three and if someone goes to the bathroom, the sound and smell will be synchronized in the room. I hope this can be improved.
