We booked 2 rooms for 4 people. The hotel is very good and the room facilities are completely up to the standard of a 5-star hotel.

You can see the Baise Uprising Memorial Hall from the room. I rented a family suite. The hotel has an underground parking garage, which is very convenient for me who drives myself!

This is the most cost-effective hotel I have stayed in during my self-driving trip. The hotel environment, service, hygiene and breakfast are comparable to five-star standards. The bedding is comfortable. Thumbs up. Highly recommended.

I stayed for two days. On the first day, I complained to the front desk at 1 a.m. that the air conditioner had no cooling effect and the water pressure was low. I went to the front desk at 10 a.m. to ask for an answer, but no one responded. The only way to solve the problem was to call the front desk every half an hour, which was too time-consuming. Later, I thought of a way to ask the engineering department to come up and solve it. It turned out that the water pipe was leaking, causing the low water pressure. The reason why the air conditioner did not cool down was that a large ball of black cotton wool accumulated on the dust net. The engineering department master was embarrassed to not clean it. In the end, everything was solved, and the uneasiness of the two-day hotel was swept away. It highlights the low quality of communication between the front desk and the back office. It is recommended to stay in other four-star hotels.

The room was upgraded, but I think it was a room with broken equipment. The air conditioner was always at 23 degrees, and I woke up several times in one night due to the heat. The water pressure of the shower was low, and it took a long time for the foam to be clean. It can't be called a shower, and there was no power at all. I couldn't help but report it to the lobby manager at 1 a.m. During breakfast, colleagues on different floors had the same problem. Another lobby manager was short of staff and unfamiliar with the system operation. When I was standing and waiting, someone cut in line. When I opened the invoice, they said the system crashed. In short, a group of unprofessional people are running a four-star hotel.
