酒店地理位置絕佳，周邊繁華美食街步行即可輕鬆抵達，出行便利性拉滿。房間寬敞明亮，柔軟舒適的床品，每一處細節都盡顯品質。服務更是無可挑剔，從前台辦理入住時的高效熱情，到客房服務的及時貼心，工作人員總能精準捕捉並滿足需求。酒店早餐新鮮美味種類豐富，能滿足不同口味的要求，總的來説，是一家值得推薦的酒店。無論是商務出差還是休閑度假，這裏都是一個不錯的選擇。我已經計劃下次再來，並且會向我的朋友們推薦這個地方。

前台工作人員態度温和。房間明亮。房間佈置得很温馨，床墊很舒服。房內電視畫面清晰。衞生間乾淨。交通便利，出行方便。晚上酒店附近就有美食小吃。早餐種類雖然不算特別多，但是勝在精緻又營養。有現磨的香濃豆漿，新鮮的本地水果。辦理退房的時候流程十分順暢，工作人員效率超高。服務貼心，房間空間寬敞，環境整潔，性價比又高，真心推薦給大家。以後有機會一定再來!贊！

酒店房間很查，陰暗潮濕，還有煙味，酒店定位也不準，一開始給我們導到了另外一個位置，還在洗手池看到一衹蟑螂

這次算我住那麼多次雅斯特酒店體驗感最差的一次吧，曾經也在這個酒店也住過很多次，但是這一次讓我看到了酒店的公關問題不太行。
第一點，酒店到晚上十點多十一點樣子開始沒有熱水，然後我一直放水，無論是浴室還是説水池，都是冷的，其次，水池下面放水他會漏水漏出來，包括管道里的臟東西也會漏出來。
第二點，我説明這些情況後，因為沒房給我們換我理解，然後前台説一個小時左後後才會有熱水，包括那個漏水問題，上來的師傅也解決不了，然後就説一聲叫我們少用水池什麼的。（注：沒熱水前，也沒有提前通知我們沒有熱水了，直到我們自己放才知道，那時候我都準備想洗澡了）
第三，等到十一點後沒有熱水，決定出去逛逛什麼的，到回來一點多還是沒熱水，甚至還是沒有跟我們進行溝通。
第四，早上起來我想着總有熱水吧，我早上想洗洗，而且我起的比較晚差不多十點樣子了，我打開後，還是沒有熱水，我再次打電話給前台然後叫了個阿姨過來，放了很久還是沒有。前台就跟他説給我們換（這個時候才是給我們換），但是阿姨也説了其他樓層也沒有熱水，當時我覺得挺無語的。從昨晚説一個小時之後再等兩三個直至早上依舊沒有，最後前台就説什麼去問店長，然後就沒有繼續跟我們溝通了。
第五，直至退房，無論是前台還是什麼人都沒有人聯繫我們或者對我們的入住情況給予抱歉。我不覺得我們應該因為你們的過錯買單或者理解，但是我既然理解你們，你們也應該給我們一個應有的答覆，而不是説就因為自己酒店的問題讓我們去跟着遭罪，包括我沒辦法洗冷水已經開始感冒咳嗽。
我希望酒店人員能主動聯繫我，而不是我跟個老師一樣催你們交作業似的，並給予我合理的解釋和道歉。你們讓我一個比較信任你們雅斯特的人感到無奈。

好評給我遇到的酒店的一個阿姨，人很好，因為需要更換房間，阿姨還跟我一起搬行李去另一個房間。前台的一個小姐姐也蠻好講話的。酒店衞生挺不錯的。

房間採光不錯，衞生也搞得挺好的，房間旁邊是個學校，足夠安靜，對於我這個對睡眠質量要求比較高的人來説，感覺可以了，還有就是早餐是自助餐挺豐富的，豆漿都是現磨的給力！
