整個房間都是很智能化的，很方便。房間也很大，一張大床，一張小床，非常適合親子入住，有什麼問題也很快解決。總體來説住得很舒服。

酒店很新很乾凈，好停車交通方便，雖然靠馬路但是晚上基本沒什麼車，前台小姐姐很nice。很好的自駕中轉站。

凌晨入住，到房間發現兩張床都沒更換床單被套，還有上任住客的毛髮。前台電話打不通，又下樓詢問，前台堅持説更換過，然後又告知問一下客房換沒換。我要求的是更換床上用品，問了能解決什麼。過了快20分鐘，勉強找到一個床單，説是酒店最後一個，我再三要求，投訴到平台，才説又找到了可以更換的。更換被套過程中，前台解釋説，布草公司當天沒送布草，那我請問，你們所謂的換過了是不是在撒謊？
一個簡單的問題，愣是讓我們帶着小孩又等了一個多小時，酒店方沒有任何人出面。退房時候，前台告知，為表示歉意，送我一件礦泉水，真是呵呵了，白瞎了這酒店。不給差評都對不起這“服務！” 大家自己看吧 ！！！

因為第一晚住的不錯，所以續了一晚，攜程上一開始顯示沒房，跟前台服務員小妹妹説了以後，特意開放了房間權限給攜程，可是攜程點原房續住總是不成功，衹能重新訂，房費就比第一晚的貴了二十多，這個真的是有點坑。
因為房費是不含早餐的，所以我都是頭一天晚上跟前台服務員報備一下，然後第二天早上直接先在前台付費領券進餐廳，住第一晚的時候一切順利，住第二晚的時候，第三天早上服務員態度特別不好地説“你昨天早上的錢付了嗎？”那意思好像是我前面一天沒付錢就吃了早飯一樣，其實他後面還沒等我回話自己就説“哦付了”，應該就在電腦系統裏看到付款記錄了，那為啥還要這麼問？讓人感覺很不舒服啊。
另外，早餐是20元一人，自助餐形式，但是東西品種和量都不多，第一天住的時候我們早上去的有點晚，八點多吧，基本就沒什麼吃的了，也不補充一下，不是説用餐時間7-10點嗎？第二天住的時候早上七點多去的還稍微好點。這個建議可以改進一下，人家出來旅遊難不成還不讓人睡個懶覺嘛。

避雷這個酒店，簡直是太噁心了！！！！
首先房間衞生太差，馬桶一打開還有上任顧客的屎。想換房間被告知無房可換！！！！！沒辦法衹能重新打掃入住………
其次前台人員普通話都説不利索…辦理入住後發現房間的屋頂還有一個破洞，跟前台人員反映情況後得到的答覆是“沒辦法哦，沒有工作人員維修”。

廣州自駕版納途中按計劃第一站停留百色，選擇了田陽區這家明月湖酒店，酒店很新，大堂時尚明亮，房間雖不算大但佈局合理全屋智能，入住感覺舒適，性價比很高，各方面非常滿意。
